Chapter One: A New Beginning
Masataka's parents were of the legendary Samurakami clan of Sunagakure. His mother and father being old fashioned, they often told him stories of the clan before the village was ever made. Although the Samurakami clan dated back before Sunagakure, they were not the founders of the village. The Heads of the clan thought that it would be best to stay in the shadows for now, so they did. Until 100 years ago. Masataka listened intently wanting to follow in the footsteps of the clan's forefathers.
Chapter Two: Life at the Academy
When he was five years of age, Masataka joined the academy, where he trained and studied hard to make the top grades but didn't live up to his expectation. He strived to be the best he can be, even pushing his own limits to set new ones. His grades weren't the best but his proficiency in Taijutsu got him to where he is today. Even on days he didn't have class he trained his body until daybreak wanting to be a Master in the Taijutsu art. Some of the kids wondered why didn't he play when he has the chance. Usually, he would reply with, "I'm training, so I can be the best and one day become the Raikage." But even so, every now and then he did go out and play. He had a childhood for so long, might as well enjoy it before there wouldn't be any time left for it. After two years, he graduated at 15.

Fuji was was born in the village of Yukigakure a few days before X-mas. She and her family where an average shinobi family that served the Yukikage of their time on an average basis. Her father, Suzumo no Yuki was a well known Jounin and very well trusted by the Yukikage. While her mother Anoko no Yuki was a Chuunin medical ninja of average skills. When Fuji was born they decided her mother decided to take an earily retirement, yet still help as a village doctor and ninja on call if needed.
As Fuji grew, both her parents wanted to her to become a scholar or full doctor rather than a shinobi. But Fuji protested and wanted to become a ninja no matter what. Seeing that she had her mothers stubbornness and her fathers seriousness they allowed her to enter the academy at the age of 8 like many others. She was able to to become a Genin in just the one year of training and also seemed to excel greatly in the arts of Taijutsu and Bukijutsu. As Fuji continued to grow so did her determination to become the first female leader of the village and set her family name apart from the average shinobi in her village of Yukigakure. Only time will tell if her goal was meet and her dreams completed.
As time passed Fuji would move tot he rank of Jounin. But right away the young and inexperienced Yukikage disappeared. With the village in chaos and confusion on the inside, Fuji took up order and with the approval of advisers and villagers alike became the new Yukikage.

Personality: Coheed is a straightforward and philosophical sort of warrior, often more compared to the Samurai than his fellow Shinobi, yet in such lies his true strength, his mind and unpredictability. His words point towards his actions, but his means to his ends are separate things, while most shinobi take the most straightforward approach or the furthest drawn to reach their goal, Coheed mixes the two philosophies at once, taking a middle road.
His words to others are often viewed as harsh unless one has the sense of mind to accept and contemplate, instead of rushing headlong into decisions uninformed. His actions are simple and seem to bend as the grass and bamboo in the wind, unless directly opposite his view. Senju Coheed has always lived somewhat at odds with others, even those of his own clan, yet for simple and honest reasons. His words have always seemed harsh, yet efficient, his bloodline while respected is known to draw the attention of the Uchiha, which generally ensues in fights, and he is, first and foremost, a loner. For as long as he can remember he has lived in Konohagakure and very rarely has he left it's walls as many children had dreamed of. Instead of worrying on such things he left his mind to tackle academic and more intrinsic endeavors, hoping to someday live to match up to his ancestors strength as Hokage.
He does feel some remorse at the loss of his parent's lives, but when he was offered shelter by his other relatives (Having another player discuss this with me would be nice, you know, to tie in storylines) he instead offered to remain at his own home, if they could only help him with the more base of necessities, effectively making him a hermit when not in schooling. Over the years he decided to turn his home into a shrine, to have something to occupy him and to bring in a sparse income to try and sustain himself by, which was to some extent successful as many would come for both religious prayers as well as to pay respects to the elders of the family, now long past. While this may seem a somber existence to some, he has yet to let it overcome him, and instead has devoted his time to practicing with the Tachi left behind by his father, as well as exploring the information his family had left behind on the disparagement between themselves and the Uchiha.
All this in it's own left him well enough alone, until the day a Uchiha [Collaborator Wanted] who assaulted him and desecrated the shrine to the founding members of Konohagakure from the Senju Clan, leaving Coheed massively injured and burning the hatred of the family rivalry into him as only such an event could. He would later be found by a member of his family who had come to visit and hospitalized, leaving him a year behind in his schooling, due to his refusal of Medical Jutsu assistance.
The transpiring events had caused him to lose faith in his own home village and soon he found himself abandoning the village, seeking refuge with an instructor in the Village Hidden in the Clouds. This sent him on the path to learning a new Style of Bukijutsu, outside of that which he learned back in Konohagakure, and his eventual continuation of education in the Lands of the Clouds. |

A couple of issues you might want to note before you attempt to go any further with this character, my friend. First off there is a rule against copying characters from other stories, manga, or Anime, and your character is a dead ringer of Mugen from Samurai Champloo, from the swords, equipment, and the overall feel of the character, even the image is the same as Mugen.
Also to note, I didn't see an application for the Satetsu Bloodline from you, which has my Brother-in-Law a bit concerned, as you applied your character as a Satetsu user, with abilities that don't necessarily follow in with their bloodline either.
All that being said, since that's all I can really comment on since I'm not a moderative member of the guild, I would say you should try something original, and maybe a better name too. Bob was just dumb as a Planet name, I don't think it fits as a Shinobi name that well either.
