I'm assuming you're saying who does Luna live by like in a neighborly sense? If so, if I'm correct it was Ron that she lived by. Unless it means by what does she live by? I'm confuzzled sweatdrop

I loved OotP and if i get this wrong, I'll be so mad at myself! Anyways, it was because they had found Montague and Snape ended Harry's Olcummency (sp?) lessons early
