"Mhmm," Ellie agreed. "I love the rain."

As they sat watching the storm unfurl, a slightly crackled voice came from the radio that was always playing in the cafeteria. It seemed to be a news report.

"...It seems the storm struck the building's wooden decorative framework, though it is now believed that the inferno has reached the indoors, Emergency Services are unable to reach the location due to heavy mudslides and floods. The situation looks pretty grim for the residents trapped inside...

Raven had been listening intently to the radio. He stood up calmly. "Got to go for a bit, i won't be long" he said smiling at Ellie. After walking calmy out of sight he sprinted to the open roof of the building. There he stood with his arms crossed over his chest. A light blue aura pulsed around him as he began to change form.

he reared his legs and wings and with a thrust took off into the stormy sky.

"Alright," Ellie watched him run off, worried. She hugged her arms close to her, hearing the voices of screaming students trying to get away from the damage done by the storm.

As he flew through the storm, heading for the barely visible flow of smoke, Akriel couldn't help but feel a Raven-esque sentiment that flying to the rescue seemed really cheesy and cliche, nonetheless he intended to save everyone he could. As he arrived he soared through the block of flats grabbing handfuls of people as he went and placing them on the opposite pavement. qafter about five minutes everyone was safe, he heard sirens and decided that he'd leave the extinguishing of the fire to the "professionals". He sped straight back, landing on the roof and morphing back into Raven. once he was inside he half shook himself dry as he returned to the cafeteria. he found Elliesitting as far from the windows as possible, still transfixed by the storm, hugging her arms close to her.

"Hey, sorry about that" he said, approaching her, "Listen the storms getting a little dangerous, the dorms would be safer than here" he continued

"Probably," Ellie stood up and started out of the cafeteria. The storm was getting to the point where it bothered her a little, reminded her of bad memories.

The two of them walked back to the dorm area. It had been a while since Raven had flown, he felt slightly ashamed of himself, after all he was trying to live a normal life and stop transforming. he hadn't seen a storm this powerful in a long time.

"Are you alright?" Ellie was looking at him, something seemed to be bothering him.  

[Kumori-dono]

"Hmm, oh, yeah it's just I'm not a big fan of storms. A bit of a history with them" he said with a nervous smile

She cocked her head curiously at him but said nothing more. Silently she walked beside him until they reached the hallway their dorms were in.  

[Kumori-dono]

"So..." Raven said slightly unsuredly, "Are you heading back to your own dorm now then?" he continued politely

"I guess," she said with a shrug. "Do you want to come?"  

[Kumori-dono]

"Umm..." Raven thought for a moment, "Sure why not, as long as it's no trouble"  

[amore_mia_bella]

"No trouble at all," Ellie said as she took out her key and unlocked her room. She waited for Raven to step inside, then followed behind him. Her room was neat and tidy, with posters up everywhere on the dark walls.

"Nice dorm" Raven commented, taking a mental note to clean up his dorm for the about the hundredth time.  

[amore_mia_bella]

"Thanks," she said as she quickly shut the drawer she hid things like blades and razors in. As of right now she never wanted to see those things again.
