WR is more bloody than gory.
FMA has it's moments,
but thats good too.

also Kate Uncut is really violent...she shoots bullets that make people's heads explode

Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni.... omg... at times it's all happy,then it suddenly turns sour... and all rage goes -__- Hellsing is pretty gory, also... Tenjhou Tenge has it's moments around episode 20

Elfen Lied i guess? I only saw up to the part where she was shot which was like not even 10 minutes into the first ep? Imagine the rest. I almost barfed. North Star my friend told me it was gory. Something about poking body parts and they explode @_@?
