I'd heard the phrase "perky goth" before, and seen goths with Hello Kitty motifs, but I didn't know the two were connected.

Wow people, you've really gone too far.
Those are accessories from Hot Topic,
therefore it's NOT Goth, and was NEVER said
to be goth!!!
The items are made for anyone who wants them!!
All you did was went to the HT homepage and took pictures
of those accessories...I've seen them..AND recognize the modles!!!
NO ONE EVER SAID THEY WERE GOTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How the hell can you label something "Not goth at all" When no one ever said it was goth?!!!!

Who cares if they buy the products?
They can buy whatever the hell they want.
It's their life.
If they buy this 'perky goth'
