i now I am going to get alot of heat for this , but I only hate one person in the Trek Universe. Janeway. While I didn't generaly care for Voyager all together there where some good episodes and some good characters. In Star Trek III. the guy that was the Captain of the Excelsiour I also don't like. And the Federation special envoy guy that got pissed at Kirk for not guarding the grain good enough in "Trouble with Tribbles"

My least favorit char in all the series is Q. I never like him for some strange reason, proubly cause he act's like a jerk or something. He just anoys me.

I don't HATE Chakotay, but I never liked him all that much

DS9 (based on the one episode I've seen and turned me away from the show): Kira- she sounds like a chipmunk!

I actually didn't hate Wesley. Sure, his episodes were boring, but he was okay. Though, I really didn't like the last episode he was in where he was all arrogant and pissy which was apparently a sign that he was ready to transcend his human existence and become a Traveller... xp

Here are mine, though:
TNG: Dr. Polasky (The discrimination against androids thing was really annoying)
DS9: Kai Winn (Though I thought her character was well-written and well-portrayed.)
VOY: Janeway (Don't hurt me, Ginga!! *hides*)
ENT: T'Pol (Way too bitchy for a Vulcan)

(ETA: I just realized they're all girls! sweatdrop I dislike guys too! I just don't hate them. Like Neelix. I dislike him, but he's occasionally amusing, so I don't hate him...)

well i would have to agree with all but the VOY and the DS9 charecters
