Jyn nodded at Ranmaru before clearing their throat. "Lady Hokage, I have brought some visitors from a land called Zaishin. This is Ranmaru, presumed leader of the group and very knowledgeable of these strange creatures named Yokai that I have never heard of before. Here, we have Sumire, a respectful young lady. They also have their own escort or personal guard, but all three of them have abilities I have never heard of before. They are not hostile, and they have information to share with you. I am happy to go elsewhere if this is a confidential briefing, my Lady." Jyn had gestured to each one as they spoke of them, but they were positive Lahlil was capable of assessing them all herself.
In afterthought, Jyn cleared their throat to continue. "I apologize, but I did not complete the mission you assigned me. Upon coming to New Veralas, I was trapped in a genjutsu and assaulted by Yokai, only to be assisted by these ... scholars." The way the Zaishin group had differentiated themselves from shinobi made Jyn reluctant to call them as such, so they settled for scholar for the time being.

The raven-haired female hoped that Ranmaru would watch his mouth around the Hokage. She doubts it. Once they made their way to the office, Sumire glanced towards the side of the doorway at first. There was... no shoes. As a traditionalist, she removed her wooden sandals at the door and did a gentle bow at the doorway. Once she entered, her posture was straight as expected of her with her upbringing, she went off to the side a bit towards the wall. Her hand slid from her torso to her thigh as she tucked in her clothing at the same time and knelt down by the wall. Her hands rested on her lap. It was then she noticed that her palms were a bit sweaty. No matter. Her back was straight and her eyes were half-lidded, watching the floor in front of her.
Then Jyn did the honors of introducing them. Funny. She thought Ranmaru was leading the group. Sumire does not blame the ninja. He... does come off as such. Respectful young lady? How kind. Jyn could've told the truth, 'This weird girl had that purple fog thing that killed everything it touch, grass, bugs...' Sumire stopped. She should really stop daydreaming such awful things. One thing she liked about Jyn, she was straight to the point. Besides, Ranmaru had the tendency to try to rush things so the young Mahofu girl was sure that Ranmaru now greatly respect Jyn and that was hard to come by. It was then, she had enough time to survey the feet in this room, even the small tiny one by the desk. The Hokage had a child? She does seem old enough. Upon spotting the tea cart, she gently used her legs to do a perfect raise and straight posture, "Pardon my interruption," Sumire started, her voice was soft and soothing to those that hear it, "Would anyone like some tea?" She questioned. She poured tea first, her fingertips were gentle and strong to not lose her grip. She handed Ranmaru the tea first, knowing that he likes tea. To the males that said yes, was to get the tea first. It was how she was raised.

What to do?
Is this immense critter on leash more human than beast or more beast than human? Sadayo's escort of Makara was gentle. As gentle as necessary to avoid upsetting her leashed lizard any further. Well for starters Sadayo was feeling obliged to provide a verbal briefing on the update with her most recent subject, Kairi, among one or two other topics partially relating to the matter. Then there was the lizard. Sadayo really hadn't the slightest clue how to accomodate this creature save for trying to present her with an environment similar to the Toad Lands. The most she could offer, without stirring alarm, was probably a sceneic visit to the falls? A book, maybe, while her fingers kept tabs on the illusion of free reign in a place that felt reasonably where a tad pole could be happy. With luck, perhaps, Sadayo wasn't too far off.
The trek along the path to guide her back to the office building wasn't one Sadayo anticipated so soon but the miniature journey came with a sense of relief of being somewhere familiar. "I want to take you to a waterfall," she began with a glance over to Makara. "We don't have a wildly humid environment like where your froggie friends live but I wouldn't doubt the bugs, little fishies, and non-talking animals to make friends with will all be there. Maybe we'll bide our time long there enough for Mr. Kairi to show up." A snicker, however nervous sounding it actually was, slips out with a seconds worth of smile. The battered thought of tracking Kairi again wasn't a deed in dire need of being processed. Yet.
One journey to the twelfth floor could keep the sharpest of minds on alert to try to keep focused. "Soon, though. I promise. We will go to the falls." With her words, there she was, Sadayo could feel herself smiling and listening to herself talking as if to a child. All that was missing were winded whines or one small taking hold of her hand. But her hands were empty. Empty hands were free to be balled into fists for door knocking, at least.
Late. Was she late? No? Yes? Sadayo look the liberties to even the door to Lahlil's office and poked her head in. But she froze. The woman wasn't taking another step and just opt to hang her head in through the doorway. Her expression was empty and dry to sight before her. She torn between imposing herself on the matter and taking three steps backwards and waiting.

Makara's little tour through Konoha was certainly an interesting on. So many sights and things to see, her head about abound in all directions trying to make sense of everything. Yet every time she wanted to go closer to a stall, or a person selling food, or a child travelling with their parents, a gentle tug was all it took for her to be yanked back by the woman in black. Her stomach growled again while Makara would try to get her attention and motion towards some nearby food places where all those delicious scents were coming from. Was this heaven, or just some kind of advance form of torture? Reluctantly, the woman was tugged along and forced to cooperate instead of running towards a slab of meat and consuming it quicker than the shop keeper could shoo her away at. The man from before wasn't here to control her but something inside of her made her question if she should fully be taking this woman seriously. Could she make birds made out of ice like he could? Would they be tastier? It was hard to really say. Then came something Makara hadn't been expecting to hear.
"I want to take you to a waterfall."
Water! Makara's head perked up visibly at the comment, her tongue racing out of her mouth while racing in place at the idea. She hadn't been in fresh waters in quite some time! Maybe she could go swimming where the talking toads wouldn't be spitting fireballs at her to get her to stop wading in the waters. Lucky for them that toad meat was too disgusting for her. It was all slimy and rough. Still, the kemono would seemed delighted at the idea. The building was a bit too cramped with her in there, so Makara did the best thing for Sadayu, who was hauling her around. The pale tail formed into several different shapes before her form shrunk down thrice as large as it used to be. What stood in her place was a small, pinkish white axolotl which scurried over towards the woman and crawled up her clothing with its sticky paws. It traveled up her legs and arms before managing to come to a rest on Sadayo's shoulder and peered at her with innocent looking eyes.
"Soon, though. I promise. We will go to the falls."

Makara responded with a cute noise, her pink appendages wiggling around happily. She then moved to slowly make her way up on top of the woman's head and nestle herself into the raven colored locks as a sort of base. The office building was large but she was enjoying her time acting as a little scout for her woman friend. Her axolotl tail wiggling, she hoped that they could go to the waterfall soon. She had missed the feeling of water on her gills in quite some time. Makara leaned forward and looked Sadayo from above, almost falling and hanging onto the clump of black hair.

tabThere in the midst of her chocolate sneaking Lahlil was interrupted by a noise near her door. Instantly her fingers slipped the foiled candy into Thalia's palm and quickly straightened herself out so that she might appear to be a pristine and presentable condition. Tongue flicking at one of her fangs the woman studied the new faces that entered through her office doors. Her careful pink eyes drunk in every that was viable until at last her interest faded.
Visitors from a foreign land hm? Now that's is interesting. I wonder if they don't have any connection to the younger girl that came wondering near the gates earlier."Oh no! Don't be silly Jyn you've done much for me already. Please, stay here with me. After all I'm sure that our new guests won't hold any objections." Speaking quickly Lahlil didn't bother to give either newcomer nor Jyn herself chance to comment further on the mater. She didn't have an real reason to do so, perhaps it was just because she felt like throwing them a slight. There was too much blood in the air.
"So, I believe thanks are in order. For assisting in protecting Jyn I mean. I place a great value on the well being of all my citizens..Which is why, as I am sure that you can probably guess, that my interest in whatever these... Yokai are.. has suddenly spiked in the last few seconds. I trust you that would be willing to enlighten me?" The Hokage's gaze ultimately fell on the one introduced as the leader of the group, Ranmaru. The air that the man imposed lead her to believe him something of a noble. Neatly kept clothes, soft face, stern expression. Idly Lahlil wondered just how much combat experience he held when she felt another presence coming up to her office. This one she could at least recognized at Sadayo.
Smiling growing, Lahlil called out bringing attention to her friend as she poked her head through the doorway. "Oh Sadayo! You've come back back at the perfect time, we were just about to make some tea. Would you like to join us?" Using her chakra to as an activation for the seal on the door, Lahlil swung it open wide enough to reveal Sadayo's form. No escaping now! "Everyone, may I introduce Director Sadayo Soga. She leads the Internal Affairs of my village. Sadayo, may i introduce Miss Sumire, their guard whose name I am not privy too, and their leader Ranmaru. Assuming I am reading the situation correctly they've come to inform us of a possible threat to the peace of our village."

_✧ Parlor Tricks ____✦ Lahlil has become so mastered at the use of fuuninjutsu that whenever she casts a use of flying thunder god or the fuunin specific shuushin, she may leave behind or have placed at her transported location, a fuunin seal from the another ability placed automatically. This essentially changes the casting location for the paired ability while still consuming an activation and chakra. To be clear this PA makes it so that as long as she has the activation and resources to do so, Lahlil can simultaneously cast another fuunin with flying thunder god or the fuunin shuushin.
_✧ Shared Information ____✦ All information gathered by anyone who is a part of the telepathic network is shared with the group, not just that by the Yamanaka. This does require the Sensing Transmission technique from below.
_✧ Studious Scholar ____✦ Seals that otherwise deal with the ( physical ) sealing/entrapment of an individual now require 1.25x the cost in order to free oneself once trapped. This cost is applied only through an added resource count, and any situation that would otherwise require a ranked amount cannot be increased to the next rank. (i.e. assuming one has fallen victim to an A rank fuunin sealing of the body, chakra expelled in resource calculations would 80 times 1.25 = 100, but this would not otherwise require the use of an S ranked release method. Instead this extra chakra can simply be paid alongside the inital A ranked release.)
_✧ Peerless Summoner ____✦ You are more specialized in summoning and sealing than sensory. You are allowed to have a mirrored amount of your total ninjutsu slots granted by this class exclusively reserved for sealing. In addition, all sealing techniques are considered overwhelming when in collision with other techniques of the same rank. This benefit only applies to techniques S-ranked and below. Finally, if you are able to summon any contract summon regardless of a bloodline connection of a signed user of a summoning contract you are able to summon beings at one rank lower than normally required and 50 chakra and stamina is granted to them per rank of the summoned creature starting at 50 for D-Rank and ending with 250 for the boss summon, or 300 if a mythical summon is contracted. The user's summoned creatures are able to use any ninjutsu the user has access to that they share an element for as well as any genjutsu, taijutsu, and bukijutsu. Your summoned creature's unique techniques are considered overwhelming at S-rank and below in collisions.

Opponents are able to sense the user's terrifying fighting spirit five feet from the user per body rank of the user through chakra sense. Those within range can have this radiating fearful aura become the trigger for genjutsu, allowing genjutsu to be cast by acknowledging the user. In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no activation for that specific instance of kai.
____✦ Infinite Perception _✧ Your specialty is more in sensory than in sealing or summoning. You are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sensory technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -2 rank reduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. You can release yourself from genjutsu at one rank lower in kai chakra release but with no benefit in pain release. In addition, the user's sensory abilities are extended fifty feet per rank of the technique. As a master tracker, you can advance in the ninja hunter and special ops careers for half as many Oinin Butai and ANBU missions completed. Upon reaching Initiate in Oinin Butai, you gain the Eagle Eye perk innately so you can choose one other Oinin perk as well. When you use a sensory technique with jamming you can double the jamming effect, this ability applies to one technique per three posts.

Making her way into the office, so far so good. However she stood silent outside the office for just a moment before the seal was used to spring it open. Letting out a light sigh internally she entered the room. Still cloaked and undetected. Though she soon faded back into "existence","Call me Sei. When your done discussing the Yokai I have a few questions of my own for you. Specifically that sensory barrier of yours." At this point this woman was, to her, just as much of a noble as the two she stood next to, which placed her firmly in the same dislike category.
Crossing the room she made herself as nonthreatening as possible while inspecting the glass of the office. Lightly tapping on it a couple times. No doubt it was tempered glass, possibly bulletproof as well. It seemed impossible that a ninja village would let their leader sit in an exposed position without some form of protection from assassination attempts. Returning her attention to the glass she pressed her face to it to gauge its width. Quarter inch thick? Nice and strong. She doubted any of her arrows would be able to penetrate it except maybe the map makers, and she had not even finished figuring those out yet. Satisfied with her inspection she returned to Sumire's side and waited patiently for them to finish.

Ranmaru smiled at the generous introduction Jyn gave to them. It was clear that they were a very formidable person who deserved proper respect. It was for that reason that the man was overjoyed when their shinobi allied was allowed to join in the meeting. When Sumire offered to make tea, Ranmaru smiled gently. "Oh please take some of her tea. Her ability to brew is one of the best features about her." He said sincerely. While Sumire did not have a lot of good qualities, her tea brewing skills were easily among the best of them. He had never had a finer cup of earl grey then when it is poured from her. Clearly she had at least some use.
Ranmaru was blown away when the Hokage made someone appear out of nothing! Clearly the hokage had incredible skill if she was able to break such powerful illusions as though they were nothing. He felt like he could just study this room and the people in it for years and never find an end to his questions. Unfortunately, he was here on professional business.
"I'm afraid for dear Jyn a lot of this will be repetitive. Therefore, I'll try to make this lesson more enticing with visuals." Ranmaru said as he slapped his two hands together. A stream of white sand fell toward the ground but then proceeded to hover slightly in the air. After the slow stream became a sizable blob of salt, Ranmaru broke his two hands away from each other, which caused the sand to form the replica of a human. "This is the average person. And this..." Ranmaru proceeded to touch the person, which caused blue lines to manifest along the person in the same way that one's chakra network flows within a human body. "Is one's chakra network. Samurai and ninja, despite molding chakra differently, still allegedly have the same anatomy. I would love to dissect one of your people to double check, but we will go with this hypothesis for the time being."
Although Ranmaru was fairly sure a samurai and ninja were in fact both humans, it would satisfy his need for an answer if he could get that set up. Alas, he was too far in his own head, and not enough in the now. "Regardless. The average person not trained in combat has a chakra network which flows naturally through their body. People who are trained, however..." Ranmaru poked the salt sculpture, which caused the blue lines to become thicker and pulse more rapidly. "Develop faster networks and larger pools of chakra. This is why a ninja such as yourself can run circles around the average shinobi." He said. "And as we know chakra is the fuel which then powers your attacks and defenses. When it is depleted in combat the body will regenerate it until you return to your reserves being full. But, what happens when your reserves are full, but you're not using your supply?"
Ranmaru's salt example started to drip blue sand. The salt fell harmlessly to the ground below. "Excess chakra which the body does not use eventually is sweated out of the body to make way for new chakra. Think of it like how magma rises from the earth because there is too much pressure under the earth for it to stay there. The more trained people there are, the more excess chakra exist. Ranmaru raised his right hand as salt started to stream from the palm of his hand. This salt was golden in color and morphed into a larger blob above his palm. This morphed into the shape of a golden dragon. "In our world, there are divine entities. These forces are the backbone of bloodlines, they are the forces which rotate the earth, and they are the beings who brought existence to us. These divine entities are composed solely of chakra. And, just as we sweat out our excess supply, so do they." streams of golden salt slipped away from the dragon as it dripped along the ground. The golden salt joined with the blue salt from before, and the two molded together to form a green kappa miniature. "It is through the excess chakra of man and god that spirits, or yokai as we call them, are manifested. And, in particular, there is one large yokai which is a threat to the people of Konoha." Once he finished speaking all of the salt dissipated in the room. "Unless, of course, we handle it." He said with a smile.

Thalia was frozen in fea, fear that Lahlil might turn her in to the worker she wronged. The little girl flinched as the door slammed open, clutching Samhain close as the clerical worker apologized to the Hokage. She was ready, ready to be dragged out at any moment but... she wasn't. The pleasant surprise was clear on her face as the kage handed her a treat. She was getting candy? After playing a prank on someone?! Lahlil was the best! She beamed up at the kage, that is in till the woman snapped to attention as more people entered the office.
These people were different, they sounded important. Thalia was half tempted to burst out of the desk and make a fool of herself-- that is in till she heard her mother's voice outside the door. Oh no, Sadayo was gonna kill her. Thalia got wide eyed and clung tightly to her owl cub friend, praying that her momma would go so she could leave.
She had really gone and gotten herself in to trouble this time.

No matter how much Sadayo didn't want it, oh by golly, that door swung open with the help of some little scrawl of energized caligraphy. The woman forced a smile with her reveal. She remained steady with the facade that her entry was all according to some spur of the moment plan. The woman held her head high for their village's guests. Pride and a sense of grandeur plainly had to be forced to flow through Sadayo. Every ounce of her whole being had to offer to just the slightest suggestion of confidence from the glide in her steps up to the noiseless flutter of her cape, despite the little pink tail-wiggling something another probably playing gymnastics in her hair. Sei, who phased finally into view of the naked eye, zipped past and stirred Sadayo's attention long enough to keep the puppeteer's sights on tow of the visitor's path to the window.
The woman deemed their visitor's tapping harmless, for the moment being and she finally spoke her warm reply, "charmed."No need to rush away the guests who came with a generous relay information. The extra little slice of anticipation now taking root in her mind was the potential request, from said guests, for anything in return for this information. ""No use in missing this opprotunity." Sadayo took a spot neighboring Lahlil's desk and spun on her boot to face finally the visiting group in full swing.
Sadayo even briefly shed her presence of grandure to delicately offer a nudge onto the little pink invader minding the top of her head. Makara was a mystery that required small doses of surprises. The change of shape was still sinking in. When the creature was assumingly safe again the woman was able to retire her arms under the shroud of her cape and listened. Ranmaru spoke. His display of manipulation was one that Sadayo had to resist from prying into asking about. Was he shaping ordinary sand to do his bidding and tell his story? Just sand?
Alternative abilities to employing sand, akin to Sonyo and a little alike to Tetsuhiko, was an interest Sadayo couldn't leave tuned out. Moreover the talk of spirits was one to take to heart. She shook the hope and reason to begin longing for Kyomei to return to her old ways. But could Kyomei's previous attachment to soothing aching spirits be connected to entities of a similar fashion? The world's enduring supply of "demons" haunting the shinobi world and the chosen of those containing them, sounded similar in the sense of being composed of energy. But none of the nine were said to be tied to a whole bloodline. At hand, however, the little questions about this and that beginning to pressing their weight on Sadayo's thoughts had to be set aside for the grand picture affecting the well being of the Leaf. "I suppose we could consider defensive preparations." She says, turning her head slowly with a glance to Lahlil before returning her attention, shifting her stare back to Ranmaru. Of course defensive preparations are going to be considered! Can the yokai be contained? Detained? How long do you say we have before this is an issue that gets out of hand?" The unease and apprehension of having to put up with spirits again had to be set aside for the sake of her steadfast veneer before strangers.

Sumire was worried when Jyn had apologized to the Hokage that she didn't complete the mission. In Mahofu, if someone did not finish their mission and had the guts to return home... it does not end well. Oh right. That was the old Mahofu. The one with the current head, nothing like that happens. Sumire wasn't sure if she liked Mahofu under her father's ruling or under the now ninja. Her body was tight and tense but her expression seemed to be relaxed and gentle. Her purple hues glanced towards the little feet at the desk again and didn't say a word. Maybe the child or small person didn't like crowds? Sumire doesn't say a word. She figured she was the only one that could see the sweet feet because she was the only one that was doing the Seiza.
Sumire heard the Hokage ask about the Yokai as she still doesn't say anything. 'Speak when spoken to', her father's voice rang in her ears. Sumire heard Ranmaru comment about her tea as that was confirmation to make some more as she got up once more and made some more tea. Part of her wonders if that little one with that tiny feet wanted some tea? Nah. Sumire didn't want to force him or her to come out if he or she does not wish. As she handed the Hokage tea, the white-haired lady with pink tone to it started to shout someone's name. Confused and perplexed, she almost jumped back and away from the Hokage when the door just swung wide open. There, before them was a rather beautiful woman with black hair and piercing gold eyes. Just the way she carried herself signals for no one to mess with her. Sumire was in awe. She wanted to be in this village. The women were strong and they were not answering to no men. Then Sei started to do... Sei stuff. Sumire had gotten used to her exploring rooms they are in by this point.
Oh right. She poured some for Sei, knowing that Sei likes her tea and as well poured some for Jyn and Sadayo. Approached them with a kind small smile, she handed the tea saucer with the teacups ontop. There was a bit of steam but not massive. Sumire was taught all her life how to do homemaker duties just right. Boil tea perfectly and different kinds of tea have different temperatures. How to sew. How to cook. Many things. If they do not wish to have them, she simply brought them back to the tea cart and took one of them for herself. If both wished for the tea, she instead, poured herself some. Back to the Seiza's position by the tea cart in case, someone wanted some more tea, she took little sips of her tea and was relieved that she once again, done a great job on brewing. Sumire had some answers for Sadayo but she knew better than to overtalk Ranmaru.

While everyone was talking and entering the hokages office clem sat on the ledge facing the window watching people enter and talk over things she wasnt to sure she understood seeing that she wasn't really into politics or...yokai. No instead the young lady watched and waited for someone to notice her so she could just but in. passing the time with a bag of chips in between her legs and a beer to her side. It wasnt tv but watching all these weird people was rather entertaining.she had only been sitting at the ledge for about 5 minutes but all the same remained silent aside from the distinctive crunching sounds the chips made complemented by the ruffling of the bag each time she dug into the bag to grab a chip. The only one would seem to notice clem would of been the small black haired girl who was looking out the window. Though clem seemingly just stared at the girl not sure if she should react or not, instead clem not breaking eye contact with the girl slowly moved her hand back into the bag digging around a moment grabbing a single chip and as slowly as she could pulled the chip out bring it to her mouth. Chomping down lightly she would start chewing just as slowly each crunch as awkward as the last.
though once she was done eating which was rather fast considering how big the bag was clem pressed her face and hands against the glass, not to get a better look but only to make herself more hard to miss with her actions. moving tothe left then then right clems eyes darted around stopping on each person even the small child who though hidden from the front was abit easy to see from this side pressed against the hokages leg, then lastly back to sei. Had no one bothered to expose her she would pull her self from the glass and begin ringing what appeared to be a bell tapping it against the glass each time she shook it making a rather loud clanking noise.

Not too far away, a sound of wailing could be heard. A woman, with vibrant white hair twisted in a neon pink curlers. She had on black robe with fuzzy old grey slippers that had seen too many wars. Underneath the robe was the 'granny' flower pattern nightie. She opened her mouth and another wail could be heard. The world! OH the world was ending! It was too much! It was all too much! Her body pressed up against the wall as she slid for a moment as her arms flailed against the wall as if the wall was going to help support her and pick her up. Nothing. She sobbed! What was going to happen! On the way to the office, she would occasionally hit the wall.
Then an argument with the guards and the old lady could be heard, "LET ME IN! You don't understand!" She blubbered, "OH YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! it's HORRID," She threw herself at the guard as it caused him to lose his balance and fell back as the doors were once again, swung open. She looked up. "Oh! OHHHH!" She wailed again as she ran to the desk, her hands slammed onto the desk, not knowing of the poor child and it's owl underneath it. Her body slid forward as she had grabby hands towards the hokage, pushing papers everywhere, "M-m-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-z-sf-sdf-df-sd" She muttered, not able to emit a word out. Frantically, her brown eyes glanced around and lo and behold! SHE RAN UP TO THE GREEN HAIRED MAN AND-
Snatched his tea away from his hand and drained it down. Gasping and clutching her chest, she then, saw the woman. Sadayo. Another wailed could be heard as she dropped the teacup onto the floor as she stumbled towards the woman, losing her slipper in the process. There's a rather.. foul smell emitting from the slipper. She grasp Sadayo's close as she wept into her shirt, snots, and boogers wiped onto her clothes as she sniffles. "Th-tht-tht-tht-thh OH NOOOOOO!" She wailed again as she sobbed, "GREMLINS! HOOBGOLGINS. THERE. CULTURE!" She shouted right in her face, spit ensure everywhere. Snot going down her nose, she opened her mouth and glanced outside, as she saw another terrifying sight. "OOOHHH!" She took a step back, releasing Sadayo from her clutches as she grasped her chest once again. Then she passed out.
"Sorry, Lady Hokage..." The guard muttered as he picked up the old lady and took her away.

Sadayo was wide-eyed and full of all sorts of alarm. Being used a walking human handkerchief was a charge which came with parenthood. Her concerns for the elderly woman were, at least, being addressed and taken care of. Her distraught and panic over gremlins? There? Culture?
The puppeteer had an awful hunch of what she was referring to but couldn't bare the thought of departing from this meeting. She first plucked a small package from the bag at her waist and opened said package for a damp, little napkin to dab and wipe her face clean. Sadayo tidied the mess on her face without some little as a single hum to acknowledge what sudden event just rampaged its way through the office. Then, she snapped her fingers to dismiss her cape. A Sadayo clone was produced. Her fleshy double's attention was clearly distracted from the Yokai subject while she quickly phased into the floor in a haze. This clone was not Makara's escort to the waterfall.

tabLahlil sipped from her tea in a rather pleased manner as Sadyao took her spot beside her. It would be good that she heard this as well as she hoped that the Juei captain would be her eyes and ears for just what the hell ever these Yokai were. A testament that the Hokage would find herself asking repeatedly the longer this Ranmaru went on with his story. So she was to believe that these... Yokai were beings partially created the gods excesses chakra? Perhaps the Lahlil of the past might have dismissed their claims but it was harder to do so when one had seen the face of one such goddess with her very own eyes.
Indeed the image of her features were burned into her memory on that day Evergreen lead them to the falls. I wonder just who this golden dragon is and where they fit into all of this."I see. I think that perhaps Lady Soga has said it best already. If these... uhm Yokai.. truly do threaten Konoha's safety then of course we'd desire to learn their weaknesses and end this 'giant yokai' as quickly as possible." Indeed the safety of her village was first and foremost in her mind, Lahlil couldn't help but also deal with linger curiosity of just who exactly these new strangers were exactly. Her mind already at work on how she might possibly leveraging them into an alliance, assuming that they could benefit her of course. "So it seems that you earned Konoha's aid strangers, but if you would forgive my ignorance. I've have never heard of this Zaishin before today. Perhaps you're leader, or leaders, would be willing to work out a more formal alliance in the face of this threat, no? I should like to welcome you to any aid I am capable of supplying."
With the groundwork of friendship begun to be laid down Lahlil causally took another sip of tea when there came a ringing from behind her. Swiveling around in her chair the Kage was met the face of the rogue she had so recently set off her emissary mission. Bitting her lip to keep from laughing, Lahlil waved her hand causing the shades to drop as well as a series of seals to create a soundproof barrier from the wrath of her bell. This was only faged to be the smallest of her problems however, when out of nowhere there came a wailing from outside her door. Brows furrowed Lahlil swung back around at first intending to deal with whatever commotion was going outside herself when it's source barreled it's way into her room directly. A woman, pink curls adorned the edges of her fluffy white hair while her attitude seemed to be just as flamboyant as her appearance. Lahlil was forced to pinch the end of her nose just to keep from getting a headache from the outburst.
Thankfully her guard removed the offender and Sadayo sent off a clone before Lahlil could be embarrassed even further. In a voice just above a whisper she kindly threw an apologetic look to her guests. "Pardon, we aren't usually this rambunctious I swear."
_✧ Blood Moon Magic ____✦ Use of blood as a component can be quite costly no matter who or what you are, but the Saiketsu learned that their own Chakra need not be the only fuel for their jutsu. Especially when it is so abundant. Blood Moon Magic allows a Saiketsu user to use the opponent's blood rather than just their own to fuel techniques the Saiketsu user uses so long as it's no longer in contact with the opponent's body and has been around for one post. Taking this Pa will grant a pair of fangs hearkening to the day of the blood moon and while not necessary will come with possible vampiric tendencies. Grants access to Kenketsu, and Chi - Saikuru.
_✧ Parlor Tricks ____✦ Lahlil has become so mastered at the use of fuuninjutsu that whenever she casts a use of flying thunder god or the fuunin specific shuushin, she may leave behind or have placed at her transported location, a fuunin seal from the another ability placed automatically. This essentially changes the casting location for the paired ability while still consuming an activation and chakra. To be clear this PA makes it so that as long as she has the activation and resources to do so, Lahlil can simultaneously cast another fuunin with flying thunder god or the fuunin shuushin.
_✧ Shared Information ____✦ All information gathered by anyone who is a part of the telepathic network is shared with the group, not just that by the Yamanaka. This does require the Sensing Transmission technique from below.
_✧ Studious Scholar ____✦ Seals that otherwise deal with the ( physical ) sealing/entrapment of an individual now require 1.25x the cost in order to free oneself once trapped. This cost is applied only through an added resource count, and any situation that would otherwise require a ranked amount cannot be increased to the next rank. (i.e. assuming one has fallen victim to an A rank fuunin sealing of the body, chakra expelled in resource calculations would 80 times 1.25 = 100, but this would not otherwise require the use of an S ranked release method. Instead this extra chakra can simply be paid alongside the inital A ranked release.)
_✧ Peerless Summoner ____✦ You are more specialized in summoning and sealing than sensory. You are allowed to have a mirrored amount of your total ninjutsu slots granted by this class exclusively reserved for sealing. In addition, all sealing techniques are considered overwhelming when in collision with other techniques of the same rank. This benefit only applies to techniques S-ranked and below. Finally, if you are able to summon any contract summon regardless of a bloodline connection of a signed user of a summoning contract you are able to summon beings at one rank lower than normally required and 50 chakra and stamina is granted to them per rank of the summoned creature starting at 50 for D-Rank and ending with 250 for the boss summon, or 300 if a mythical summon is contracted. The user's summoned creatures are able to use any ninjutsu the user has access to that they share an element for as well as any genjutsu, taijutsu, and bukijutsu. Your summoned creature's unique techniques are considered overwhelming at S-rank and below in collisions.
____✦ Somnifarious Sight _✧ Latent vampiric powers from the Bat Lord have manifested inside Lahlil despite his death. As such Lahlil has found herself now able to replace the use of handseals with subtle eye movement. This still takes the same amount of time to perform as normal handseals.
____✦ Battlefield Presence _✧ he user's powerful presence on the battlefield strikes terror into their foes. Opponents are able to sense the user's terrifying fighting spirit five feet from the user per body rank of the user through chakra sense. Those within range can have this radiating fearful aura become the trigger for genjutsu, allowing genjutsu to be cast by acknowledging the user. In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no activation for that specific instance of kai.
____✦ Infinite Perception _✧ Your specialty is more in sensory than in sealing or summoning. You are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sensory technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -2 rank reduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. You can release yourself from genjutsu at one rank lower in kai chakra release but with no benefit in pain release. In addition, the user's sensory abilities are extended fifty feet per rank of the technique. As a master tracker, you can advance in the ninja hunter and special ops careers for half as many Oinin Butai and ANBU missions completed. Upon reaching Initiate in Oinin Butai, you gain the Eagle Eye perk innately so you can choose one other Oinin perk as well. When you use a sensory technique with jamming you can double the jamming effect, this ability applies to one technique per three posts.
____✦ Scholar – Scholar _✧ You may pick 2 of its disciplines. Additionally, fuuinjutsu and sensory techniques used by this specialization are reduced in chakra cost by five per rank with a minimum of five chakra.
Ranmaru shot the old woman who stole her tea with a stare so cold it seemingly froze time in place. The color faded from the room as all that remained were emerald eyes locked ablaze which grew in flames and size as they continued to stare. Just before the eyes collided with the woman and the suspenseful moment entertaining the theater of the mind dropped, Lalhil spoke up. Ranmaru instantly recomposed himself as he recalled the inquiries Sadayo suggested. With a deep breath Ranmaru forced a smile to his face.
"Oh don't be so modest. I'm sure things like this are commonplace when you allow commoners into your office." He said with a pointed smile as he shot Sumire a glare which simultaneously requested another glass of tea to those who did not know him, but to those who did it signaled that loud words were coming swiftly if he did not have tea in his hand. Keeping formalities for the sake of negotiations, he dealt with Sadayo's comments before addressing the concept of an alliance. "All Yokai can be eliminated for sure. They are just beings of chakra after all. If we could detain it then I would be beyond thrilled, but one must put aside their selfish ambitions for the sake of the future." He said assuredly. "As for how long it takes before it gets out hands, our forces sadly don't know. While we have some of the finest trackers in the Samurai kingdom, Sei included obviously, this yokai has been... tricky. We know its power scale far outranks normal yokai, to the point that its presence has been drawing Yokai like a magnet. However, for something so titanic in power scale, from a sensory analysis it appears as though the yokai envelops all of Konoha's forest. That was what drew our people there in the first place, and why the use of Konoha's military to simultaneously survey the whole forest would be advantageous."
Ranmaru took a pause to finally address the comment of an alliance. "As for negotiations, this is why Sumire and I were sent to you. Sumire is first in line for the Mahofu throne, and since the current head is some former ninja kage of yours, Sumire's royalty and my lineage as a Hogosha makes our interactions official liaisons of the five..." He paused slightly and stared out into space for a second. Five. The phrase was something he recited for literal thousands of years without hesitation. It was supposed to be something as certain as the rising sun. However, as the flow of time pushes on, so does even heritage. "Four noble families of the Zaishin Dynasty. It is for this reason that our cooperation is akin to the cooperation of the Dynasty."
