He was tired. The look on his face, the bags under his eye, the weight of the marines on his shoulders. Chikami was god damn tired! All of this was running him ragged. Constant destruction left and right. Homes being taken away from the innocent. Pirates raiding without end in sight. What could he do?! He'd given the marines orders, but even then he didn't have it in him to outright slay those who hadn't slain. As the ship rolled into the docks, they'd see a rather tall blonde standing not too far away and as they came closer, he'd give a polite wave to the duo. "Lt. Scarlet, I'm glad to see you apprehended the criminal." A soft voice, he stood in olden samurai-esque clothing with an elongated blade at his side. "I'm supposing this upstart helped in the capture. Thank you both for your duty today."Bowing, he'd wave a hand - several marines grabbing up Littlefin before further cuffing him. Chikami made yet another wave, and a table was produced with chairs for the trio to sit at, as Littlefin was kept in tow for the time being not yet being moved. "A formal introduction since we've yet to meet face to face. Fleet Admiral Sarazawa, but both of you can simply refer to me as Chikami if you prefer. Now, it looked as if something was on your mind, Lt. Scarlet. I have some time to spare."
Sake was poured for the three as Chikami awaited a response. Relaxed finally to have something to sip on.
Upon their arrival, the tall blonde man would greet them rather pleasantly as Luka nodded to the man. "Chore Girl Xera had arrived before myself and engaged the young man just as I arrived. After a brief confrontation, Lt. Eka joined in and soon charged and pinned him down." She sighed softly in her quick answer to the question as she stood the boy upright properly for the other marines to take him off her hands. Her face still looking down as she glanced back to Chikami. Though this would be replaced with a moment of surprise at the sudden change of atmosphere with the table and drinks being presented before them all. As he gave a proper introduction, Luka would naturally assume a straightened out posture, quickly saluting him as her superior officer. "It is a pleasure to meet you as well sir."
She'd relax after that and reluctantly accept the offer to sit with him as he read her like a book. Looking back to Littlefin and then to her Fleet Admiral, she started to speak up again. "It's about his punishment sir...As per your orders regarding our assignments and how to deal with criminals...he should be bound for the undersea prison now." She paused momentarily as she seemed a bit unsure. "However, I don't think that such would be for the best after hearing him speak. After we apprehended him, we tried to reason with him and he told us some of his past. He's lost his family and was forced to suffer and he blames us for not being there...but he's still but a child as well. Is there nothing we can do to help him beyond simply tossing him away?" She looked at the man before her, almost pleading for the boy's life, even if he had rejected her offer before.
Xera's wait came to an end at a man that seemed almost tired had arrived. Directly addressing Luka as Lt. Scarlet, and referring to herself as an Upstart. He also thanked them for doing their job and Xera simply gave a polite nod. Suddenly there was a table and the fleet admiral was offering them to drink with him. Xera didn't drink often....she was literally incapable of getting drunk and it wasn't like she liked the taste of anything that she'd drank before, so there was no point to it usually. However not accepting the offer would simply be rude. Taking a seat along with Chikami and Luka she would down her glass of Sake. Mostly because she did not want to prolong drinking it considering she didn't like it. Then Luka began to speak, once more putting forth her feeling on the situation at hand with Littlefin. Xera had her own opinions on the matter however she remained quiet, simply listening for the time being.

"Really now? Well I suppose it doesn't matter where we stand, there's a hero in all of us." Referring of course to the Chore Girl being the first in action. He was a firm believer that rank didn't matter; if you wanted to do good, then you could. The marines were the image, but he knew all too well how deluded that image could be. Offering a polite nod to the younger officer, he waved a free hand, eyes shutting momentarily as Miss Scarlet tightened up. There was no need for that. "Haha. No need for the tight brass spiel, Lt. Scarlet. I'm no one special. Just another comrade in arms who's been doing this job far too long." Still, Chikami was a respected figure. The way he carried himself, coupled with his charismatic aura almost commanded it, yet, he was a lighthearted man with heartfelt intentions. Upon hearing the words of Luka, his eyes seemed to lower with a sigh escaping. The boy had caused thousands, maybe even millions of Beli in damage. Taken homes from people. He didn't know if he could just let that sit by. "I hear what you're saying Lieutenant. I really do and I don't want to be the one to send a kid to that place either."
Looking back to Littlefin, Chikami took another sip of his drink, emptying the cup with a shake. A marine came up, and poured another."But. . We don't have an alternative. People have lost their homes and the entire structure of a kingdom was laid to waste because we let this child run rampant. I don't know if you were there during the siege of Torino, but our Gorosei have made things very clear. n** any issues we see forming directly in the bud. And this kid, is a prominent one." Another sip, another gulp, another sigh. Chikami let the air simmer so Luka could take in what he said."The only reason I'm hesitating is because the kid didn't kill anyone as far as we know, but even so, does that justify the people who no longer have a roof over their head or a place to sleep at night? Is that truly Justice? If you can give me an answer than you're a better person than I'll ever be." Leaning back, he awaited her response, looking then over to Xera. "Give your thoughts, Officer. How do you feel about all this?"
Xera's waiting continued for a bit, simply listening and hearing the feelings of the other two marines. She would remain quiet until she was asked for her own input. Xera nodded to Chikami, the man who asked for her thoughts and would take a small breath before speaking. "I am not so hesitant about this as you two seem to be. Although I can't think of less harsh words than what I am about to say. To be blunt, I think he deserves it." As blunt as could be obviously, Xera adjusted her body in the chair to sit up a bit more straight as she spoke. "That is in no way meant to be a mean comment, more like the harsh truth. He is a repeat offender, on three separate occasions destroying whole kingdoms, and on two of those occasions prior to the destruction he was involved in robberies within the kingdoms as well. He destroyed the same area twice as well, so it is very clear to me he has no remorse for the actions he takes. While the story he claimed may be sad, and may be true, it seemed more like he panicked, and used it in a rush to distract, put off, and gain pity so to speak as immediately after saying it he ran. On top of all this he has already broken out of this very confinement area twice, another clear sign of lack of remorse, and has openly stated he is not willing to co-operate...I believe his exact words were 'Why the ******** would I want to be like you.' when Lt. Luka offered him a form of potential alternative." Xera took a breath, more of a break from explaining, to let all of this soak in for a moment before she said her final words. "All in all, taking into consideration his action, repetition of action, apparent lack of remorse. and unwillingness to co-operate, even if there was an alternative it would simply not work in this situation." Finally finished speaking Xera would look between the two, waiting to see what they thought about how she felt about the situation.
As usual, Luka was a bit more uptight as far as Marines went, but it was in her nature. Maybe being a commanding officer for a change would adjust that. Though, the man in charge of all the Navy itself was surprisingly modest after seeing him in person, which was a bit refreshing in its own way. But his demeanor shifted slightly as Luka spoke and explained the situation at hand. Her face would lower as he made his replies however as each one was entirely valid. She was aware of the trouble he had indeed caused, and yet she still didn't wish to believe he was truly evil. At least until Xera had been asked to offer up her own input on the matter.
The other marine began to play Devil's Advocate so to speak, talking more about what the boy did in detail as well as confirming her belief that he fully deserved the punishment he was to be given this time. Her points were by no means incorrect as Luka looked at her and then again to the still sleeping boy as they all discussed his fate. "I had intended to make him work off his crimes more directly by having him serve as a Chore Boy under close supervision of possible under the hopes that he'd be able to learn firsthand that we aren't the villains here. However he did reject my idea rather...angrily...as Xera mentioned..." She sighed, looking at the boy again.
"So...is that it then...?" She asked, a bit reluctantly to the Fleet Admiral. "We send him off to eternal punishment from here and resume our regular work in the field...?" Even she wasn't too familiar with the procedure for Impel Down given that they hadn't had a new inmate in years. "Do any of us need to escort him there? Or will he be sent off from a private vessel to hand him over to the warden there...?" She asked, somewhat curious as to the whole process.
Xera spoke truth, more than he thought she'd be willing to share given her quiet nature upon first arrival. Chikami listened in with open ears, switching between the two as they said their pieces one after another. Giving this boy leeway wasn't working well for the World Government. They had an image to uphold and just letting him smudge it however they pleased wasn't something he was going to allow. So, his answer was final. That was, until. "Sir. A very important call has come in." The blonde swayed with a bored expression, looking to his operative. "Naaani? Can't it wait til I'm done talkin' to these two?" A shake of the head, then the marine came in, whispering something in his ear. ?! His face twisted in annoyance, two fingers rubbing his temples before getting up, flustered. "Fine! Fine! Ladies, thank you both for your service. You're free to go. The boy will be locked in prison til further notice. Apparently something far graver has turned up." Shifting on his heel, Chikami walked away, the table being folded up to follow right after him.

Luka was still uneasy as they spoke about the ultimate fate of this young man who was barely an adult yet. She disliked the very idea of it in all honesty but it could not be helped given the circumstances. However before she'd get an answer to her questions, another marine would arrive with some kind of urgent news. Her eyebrow rose slightly in curiosity as Chikami didn't seem all that pleased before he got up, thanked them both and mentioned something 'grave' coming up.
Far too worried about whatever news had just come in to really focus on the animated table, Luka would get up and start to follow after him, prodding slightly as she did. "Ah sir wait, what has happened...? Do you require assistance with anything?" She wasn't sure if the issue was merely sensitive or entirely confidential or not. It might only be out of Xera's clearance possibly, however even Luka's new rank didn't necessarily give her too many new security clearances either so the matter might not be open for discussion regardless.
The young marine child would walk by the Fleet Admiral without so much as a look. A pause or a salute, perhaps because he was angry again and naive to the punishments that awaited his insubordination. The Marines he had enlisted to carry Adrian had halted to salute the man. Only that would give Merlin pause, to turn back and glare at the pair. Nevertheless, they feared Chikami far more than some rank Commander. He clenched his teeth and proceeded beyond them to the red haired woman known as Luka. "Ben'a while. I see ya' wastin' time doin nuffin." He opened the Gate and allowed the two men to throw Adrian within. A group cell that also fit the boy known as Littlefin with a few others. Merlin closed the gate, staring at it and waiting for Juusa to arrive with Ahn. They shouldn't be far behind now, these Marines. Their activity was sickening. This world, his power fading. he could feel it in his bones how weak he had become over night. Not even over night, in a span of a few seconds. What was happening here that he didn't know about?
'Sari, I didn't meen dat." he spoke to Luka, but continued to stare forward, shifting his gaze between Littlefin and the white haired Adrian. He should just kill them now right, and save the world trouble. No, he had people to track. South Blue was currently in turmoil. "But did'ja hear about Souf Blue?" His sapphire studded eyes would shift to the woman, resting there as if frozen. So, even the dutiful warrior Luka had fallen off. Worthless. He wished he could do more with all of these meaningless people but his hands were tied, and now with his strength zapped by some unknown force. He was terrified of what he could actually still be capable of.
Soft, tender. Yes the man may have had a well chiseled body but the woman she was just as muscular but had a certain delicateness that a man would lack. Oh sweet Ahn. What a pity that their two roads were in opposite directions. Fate was always cruel. Yet she couldn't help but stray the path of justice and indulge in some rather mischievous deeds. Of course no one but her would know, with Ahn being unconscious. Lifting her up Juusa would happily carry her into one of the jail cells. "See ya" Juusa had more crimes to stop, the alarms seem to never stop yet three of the big four were here someone had to go put those ugly pirates in their place.
Merlin lowered his Den Den Mushi and departed with his squad of Marines by his side. "Make ya'self yewsfahl Luka. Da Piruts doin alot dese days." He spoke while walking out of the confinement area. His own parole members securing the locks on the cells before he was off to Skypeia. He had heard a message that Enka was on the way as well, but for a separate disturbance. Well, that was promising. Why hadn't Juusa put in any reports of actions? She had stormed out of here like she was hell bent on not being useles. Guess old habits died hard, dying more and more every day.
Enka tosses Juru and William inside, before sticking his tongue out. Ugly pirates!

-------- So here he was for a third time. He wondered how long it would be before he actually saw another place than this stupid jail. He wondered if he should just destroy this place and see what they would do? Why did no one destroy this place? IF pirates could escape multiple times, did the marines not expect them to? He shrugged off the idea and sat inside his cell looking to the boy. "Boy" Juru stated, his purple eyes watching the boy. They were glaring, but he knew he didn't impose any sort of threat on the boy. "You fight for justice like you have something to prove." Juru stated as he sat against the wall, one foot stretched full, his other more a normal knee. "You fight as if you can end the pirates and put them all in a cell, but I think you can't survive without your so called *justice*" Juru stated with a small smile. He was somewhat taunting the boy, but he was sure of the words he said. "You know people like me will not stop, so it almost makes me believe that you cannot exist if there is some form of chaos in the world...And I'm the chaos that you need." Juru's glare dropping as Juru became more lax. What was he saying? That this kid and Juru weren't so different? That they lived in their own odd yin and yang? He waited for the child's response. Maybe he would say something that proved his age. If not, he would be interested in what he had to say. -------- --------
Enka had already begun floating away, getting a decent amount of distance between him and the pirate before he heard a call. Slowly, his head turned to look towards the cell - the words the man spoke causing him to shift completely, now facing where he was speaking from. His father had always taught him that right was subjective; in a world like this, the rules were never so black and white. Sometimes Justice was heard to discern, but as long as you stayed true to yourself, you'd never be wrong. Even if everyone else told you, you were. "I don't fight like anything, idiot." He'd say, a hand raising to bring up a few pillars from the ground and floating over to sit in front of Juruluam; expression blank but eyes flared with intensity. "I fight the way I do cause that's how I was taught. I'm not lookin' to end you stupid pirates. I just don't want you guys to do bad things. Hurting people is wrong. Destroying stuff that isn't yours, isn't right either. But you pirates do it anyway, despite knowing it isn't good." A pebble was tossed at the big lug's forehead, aimed to give it a light smack. "If you won't stop then you'll be hit harder next time, til you can't move. Then you'll hafta' stop."
He wondered himself, though. Why would he want that? To do things that'll only end badly for him. "You pirates like to think that just because you're strong you get to do whatever you want, but that ain't right. Truth is, everybody shares this world. We're all in this together, so why not just be peaceful and help one another instead of being stupid, ugly, doodoo heads?"With nothing more to say, he began to float down with his hands in both pockets. The usual stance for the boy. "I believe. . There's good in everyone, That everyone can be saved. Even if you or anybody else tells me otherwise, I'll always think that! And my names Enka, not boy! Call me Enka!" Unless there was more to be said, he'd make his exit.
