Tsubasa
Kurogane/Fai
Touya/ Yukito

Kamui/Fuuma
Subaru/ Seishirou

Eriol/Syaoran

They're kinda of the only ones i've read and i could be missing some, so i guess those're the basics....

My two favorite CLAMP pairings are Touya/Yukito from Cardcaptor Sakura and Kurogane/Fai from Tsubasa. I've only read CCS, Tsubasa and Chobits so far, though.

Kamui/Subaru... It's practically canon that they're in love even though nothing actually happens between them in X/1999. I see them as the pairing that was too busy being caught up in the fate of the world to pursue their relationship.

Totally Kurogane/Fai and Doumeki/Watanuki. I love the idea of it, and the first mentioned is one of my OTPs, easily.
Others I like are Yasha/Ashura, Kamui/Subaru, and Touya/Yukito. I need to indulge myself in more CLAMP before I list more. ^ ^

The only thing that would be remotely considered "canon" for this would be that Kamui might have a small crush on Subaru--but the obvious canon (has been emphasized repeatedly in Clamp's manga and interviews by them) is SeixSub and FumxKam. (gahh, shitty fan parent abbreviations XD) T:;DR: SUBARU DOES NOT WANT KAMUI'S a**.
