When will you get it back? D:
A friend of mine had to send hers in. For some reason her screen shattered.
She has NO idea how it happened. She fell asleep after using it, she put it to the side and everything before going to sleep.
Then she woke up and the screen was all kinds of messed up. She has to pay a LOT to get it fixed. ;-;

Yeah. :c She's now going to get a case for it, and protectors, and all kinds of stuff so it doesn't happen again.
That could be another reason. If you have too much stuff on there the computer will get slow. sweatdrop
