I'm all for raspberry red, black or blood red ^^ (dyed my hair raspberry red and black, it was awesome but a pain in the a** to get it that way...and the dye, stained my mom's hands for a few days XD)

I'm not sure yet. I'm consulting my two besties, but they both have different opinions (one on the light side, the other on the dark side)
And then my mom and Bell are no help, with Bell saying "Um... I dont know they're both cool." and my mom going with "Both are cool colors. Whichever one you want." stressed
sigh, the life of a teenager is so hard xp lol

lol it sounds like a tough choice. Honestly though, in my opinion, if you can't decide while not go with darker blue and light blue highlights, or the other way around? That's my thought, but you're mother is right, it's your choice ^^.
