I'll be the not actually trained or certified phlebotomist. After all if we're supposed to be a gang, I'd expect most of you to find yourselves in combat situations and that naturally means that there's going to be blood tossed about. We clearly need someone tasked with drawing samples to insure that all that blood is going to be safe for you living avatars to be around.

Nobody gets to protest how I draw blood or what I do with the samples.
