Breakfast: Chocolate Chex Mix Bar, Quaker oats crisps

Lunch: Whole Grain English muffin

Dinner: 4 Fresco beef tacos (they are very low calorie)

Snacks: Two pieces of sugar free chocolate

Drinks: one cup of earl gry tea, a big glass of lemon water, a cup of regular water

Exercise: 50 ab crunches
Jogged a mile

I would have done more but I am insanely tired and I have a terrible headache.

Breakfast: Golden Grams Treat Bar

Lunch - Vegan mini cheese burger and two slices of wheat French bread with salt and a tiny bit of butter

Dinner - A bowl of corn and a little mac and cheese

Snacks - Quaker Crisps and two pieces of sugar free candy

Drinks - lots of lemon water, tea and more water

Exercise - Jogged three miles
50 sit ups

#1. No soda
Yes, I'm with ya on that one.

#2. No refined flour junk
Well I try, but cost is mostly my issue.

#3. No artificial sweeteners
Agreed

#4. No lame frozen diet tv dinners
Agreed, although I have found some non lame ones... like the frozen meals you cook on the stove, are actually really good. And usually have lots of rice and veggies.

#5. No whining
Yes sir

#6. NO JUNK
Like...ever?

#7. No fast food
Like...ever?

#8. No cheating the diet
Like...ever? What about birthdays?

#9. Vegan stuff only.
Well that's you. I am trying to cut down my meat. Specifically those ones with hormones.

#10. No sugar
um, but sugar is in everything, like fruit...I use agave nectar to sweeten my tea, it's low in sugar but, still sugary. But I can't have ice tea without sweetner.

LOL I meant like super sugary foods like milk chocolate or fruit roll ups.
With the vegan stuff, I'm not a fan of meat i hate the way it feels, smells, and tastes. Plus it is very expensive here in the states D: With cheating I cheat very rarely, and when I do i try to keep the portions small. Like I'll take a tiny piece of birthday cake or a small order of cheese fries.
I'm not a huge fan of fast food either, I just don't really care for it. I mean I'll go out for ice cream or tacos but that is very rare. With junky food, I try to find the healthy substitute for it like get it fat free or sugar free, stuff like that plus a lot of it I just don't like. D: I lost my taste for it. I eat a few tv dinners, I just try not to rely on them because they are high sodium.I hate cooking, and I suck at cooking. D: With soda, If I'm really really craving one I'll drink a Diet Dr. Pepper, But that is rare, I have had the same 12 pack for three months now and it is still almost full. XD

LOL I am pretty strict but, I feel a lot better than what I used too.
I'm still trying to get back in the groove, i don't like exercising because i hate sweat but D:
That injury really got me off of the wagon. D:

Lunch: Two pieces of french bread with butter and salt, fruit, and two pieces of sugar free chocolate

Dinner: a baked hash brown, two pieces of baked fish, corn, one piece of sugar free chocolate

Snacks: fruit

Drinks: Lots of hot tea and water

Exercise: jogged a mile
