But anyways, there was this girl with a HIM shirt on; one with a pink heartogram and in little letters "HIM" and my friend LOVES HIM so we went over and
"So you like HIM?"
"Umm no, theyre a bit too loud and depressing for me"
Okayyyyyyyyyyy, then why the shirt???

You know those slim-fit t-shirts from Hot Topic?
Well, I bought a NIN one and an All American Rejects one when I was like... 13. They were on sale, and I didn't realize the AAR one actually was a band shirt. They both fit well, and I did kinda like NIN.
When I met Haste the Day, Jimmy (their old vocalist) told me he loved my shirt and he loved NIN. I said 'Yeah, and it fits great!' Stupid. xD

I have that shirt. But something similar happened to me when I was wearing an Aerosmith shirt. I was going to see a movie with my boyfriend, and this girl walked up to me and said that she "just loved" my shirt. And of course I started talking about the band and shes like... who? I have now clue what you are talking about. And then she continued to ask where I bought the shirt. ... I kinda snapped at her, and my boyfriend had to lead me away from her.

Anyway, I really am getting sick of people running around with band merchandise when they don't even know the band.
I.E. some kids in my class who wear Black Label Society shirts and have The Rolling Stones bags...
But they even SAY they don't know the music.
They just think it looks cool.
It really pisses me off.
They didn't even know that BLS was a band. -.-;;;

GAH! I would never dream of wearing a band shirt if I didn't know the band, what I go to hottopic, I make sure that something I buy is not from a band I don't know...... I don't understand why someone would do that..
