@Nolone; Is it getting any easier? You can mute it and play music and just watch for when he changes, I do that sometimes.

it is getting easer, if i muted it and just watch for the change i think i'd get lost seeing i listen to it more then i watch it at this point. i can live with being bored for 9 minutes. at least my neck isn't killing me anymore.

i missed 2 days so far. because of no internet... sad .and since its too late to update march 6th even though i did do it..but oh well ill do it today.

It's not too late to start right?
Especially if I don't care about the gold or anything, I just want to do it
and definitely since I officially joined on the 4th, just never actually did anything right.
I never got the chance to do it really because my computer is right in the middle of my living room
and it'd be awkward just doing it while my parents are like watching tv or something > <
So now I've finally taken the time to write and memorize all the moves
so that I can do it in my room on my own just with a timer, hehe > <
So yeah, that's why this is my first real day.

How do you feel?: Pretty good that I finally did it. I've been pretty consistent with ab workouts for a while now though so it wasn't anything extremely strenuous, especially since I didn't push up very high. I always (like always) have a stiff/sore neck though and the moves where your hands aren't behind your head do kinda hurt a bit (I don't pull on my neck I just like having a place to relax my head against). So I need to work on using all ab, all the way! Maybe doing that will let me feel it in the correct places as well, 'cause I basically only felt it in my upper abs > <
