Just so you know we are going to use a timing procedure to reduce double losses due to people not duelling. Each player needs to post in the topic at the start of each round to prove they're active, the sooner the better. If you haven't posted in the first 3 days (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) you will get a game loss (so you'll start 0-1 against your opponent unless they get a game loss too. If they do you will start 1-1 so you'll only duel once). If you don't post at all during the round you will get a match loss meaning your opponent wins, unless they also get a match loss in-which case it will be a double loss.

tmm_berry it would be a lot easer if it was via ds games xD Not really. Because not everybody has the DS game/s or wifi. D: Key example being me. No wifi access with my DS because it's messed up for some reason. And I sold my 2009 game, and don't have the 2010 yet.

tmm_berry yes but how easy would it be to cheat??? All of the games have glitches that make the cards work differently than they should. 2009 for example gave you 2 chances to play Honest instead of the actual 1 chance.

As a former player of each, i had to learn it for regionals lol

I'd enter but I don't have a cam. So nobody'd know if I was cheating or not. I'd rather be honest thatn be thought I was cheating.

The fact is you're only allowed one chain during damage calculation and that is when people activate Honest. Activating it before it just asking your opponent to use theirs to kill you.

Activating it before it just asking your opponent to use theirs to kill you. yup. thats why as a lightsworn player, or a blackwing player, you gotta know these little rules, so you can capitalize off your opponents misplay. also, unless as turn player unless you specifically state that you are using it at damage calculation, it is considered to be used during damage step where you CAN respond to it in the follow substep if your cards are allowed to do so, neat huh? *wow i said neat* the reason people say you cant respond is because most players know to use it at damage calculation, so you wouldnt be able to respond. yugioh wiki has a very good break down of the damage step on its page. all 7 substeps with explanations. anyway i paid my 1k earlier last week so im in.
