If you haven't read the entire log, I've had my chance to be fair.
And being fair, there were about three instances when I ruled against Yuu. That being:
1) When Frozen had one card in hand, not zero, and I played out the scenario to explain.
2) When Yuu Normal Summoned Shire, Lightsworn Spirit, and Frozen responded with Bottomless Trap Hole. Now, it was Yuu's understanding that her original attack was only 400, and that regardless of the continuous attack increase, Shire could not have been a target for Bottomless Trap Hole due to the original attack. That was wrong, as it's been ruled for such monsters like Command Knight that with a continuous attack increase present, Bottomless Trap Hole can be an appropriate response.
Nonetheless, the Bottomless Trap Hole wasn't a valid move, because Shire only boosted her attack to a whopping 1000 points. We let Frozen take that move back, which made me wonder why he didn't play it again when Yuu Special Summoned Ally of Justice Catastor, Dark Armed Dragon, or Mist Wurm.
3) When Yuu declared Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Boundary's effect, and made it clear from then on to announce payment of cost first.
As far as the chain was involved, here's how it had worked, and it would have worked differently if only Frozen worded it differently.
Bad Reaction to Simochi > "chain again" Gift Card > Gift Card > Gift Card. Being on a chain, the first card activated has not yet had a chance to fully resolve. Thus, the chain would resolve in reverse order.
Gift Card +3000 > Gift Card +3000 > Gift Card +3000 > Simochi takes effect, all Life Point gain is dealt to the player instead.
