NO, you don't fail! Like madwriter said, each day is a new day. Everybody has slip ups but you can't let it get the best of you! You've just gotta push past it and remind yourself how good it'll feel when you lose those pounds!! ^ ^ You've got 2 months to lose 14lbs, that's not so bad! You can so do it! It may be tough, but... that's basically the definition of weight loss! But no matter how tough it is, just keep thinking about your goal, we're all here for support, don't stop now (:

You can do it Sousa! Don't you ever give up! Weight loss is not a linear thing. I've lost 6 pounds one week and gained 4 another. It's just a matter of figuring out how to balance yourself. Don't deprive yourself of things you enjoy. Have a little bit of chocolate, buy those fun pack size of M&M's and have one of those a day, but don't eat a whole Hershey bar. Let yourself have these little things and you'll be less likely to splurge elsewhere. It's a life style change and it's going to take a while to adjust. I believe in you and I know you can do this.

Thanks everyone smile
I've been going to the gym everyday lots of bellydancing, palaties, and hockey. I haven't been kayaking yet this semester which is sad.
Food has been iffy I haven't had soda in over 2 months !
Still at 145lbs which is good for me.
