Attention All Teachers From Last Term!

All teachers from the past term must get everything they need from their classrooms before October 7th. All classroom threads from last term will be deleted on that date, regardless if the teacher has been hired again for the upcoming term. All teachers must also note that, if they wish to continue to teach, they have to re-apply to the Headmistress as well as the other 4 Heads. This upcoming term is going to start fresh, so if you want to keep a job, you better PM the Heads a.s.a.p.

3. Have you ever been enrolled in any other classes with this guild and were you diligent with the homework that was assigned to you?

6. Why you want to teach here at Hogwarts:

7. What will class be like under your instruction? Can you give an example of what one of your lessons will look like? And perhaps how you think you will set up the class? (You can just give a brief description if you'd like)

8. Can you give us any references? Someone who is part of the guild. (The more active and trusted, the better. And they better know they're your reference before you send in this application.)

I'm not too sure where to talk about this,
but I figure that the Staff Room is as good as any other...

I was wondering if we were going to pick teachers soon, because I want to do an article on the new teachers...Plus, it might be good just to get it done and over with...

and I'd be glad to look over any other ones. But, so far,
I motion to accept all applicants and invite them to create their new class rooms.
(oo...I feel all formal... xd )

I invite all teaching applicants and Mods to converse...
(so, no students, house elves, or any other type of member who haven't applied to teach will be tolorated to post...)

Also, if the other mods are in agreement with me, I think the teachers should decide if they will enoll in other classes or not. I'm thinking most of them want to, and I don't really mind. But I think...

• we should at least say, I don't know...that there's a younger and older version of our teacher's characters...

• Or maybe we could all agree to make alternate accounts to go to classes with?

I also think that it would be a good idea to decide if the Mods should all be teachers or not...Well...not o0Pinkie0o, she's the head...but you know what I mean...

Oh, and are we doing different lessons for different years?
I am...
I plan to just re-use them every term,
maybe alter them here and there...
but keep them essentially the same...
I was also going to say that students couldn't do work for any years but their own...

And I decided I'm going to give out 5 points for homework,
but I've decided to use the OWL grade system...
Like so...
Outstanding (O)- 5 points
Acceptable (A)- 4 points
Exceeds Expectations (E)- 3 points
Poor (P)- 2 points
Dreadful (D)- 1 point
Troll (T)- no points
