January 10th:

Breakfast/Lunch /Dinner: I pretty much had mashed potatoes and cabbage all day. >.< My mom had it cooked when I woke up and I didnt really feel like cooking much else. xD

Exercise: :] will do.

Note: I haven't been starving myself lol. I've just neglected to fill out the rest of the day after breakfast for the past few days. I'll endeavor to do so these next couple weeks.

Thoughts: I spent most of the day coding >:

January 12th:
Long day >.<
I didn't have breakfast or lunch, today :[.
When I got home I had an apple with peanut butter while my food cooked . I ended up having mac and cheese for dinner >.< . I also had some other random pieces of fruit can't really recall which ones.

Exercise: Strength training

January 17th:

I'm such a bad kiddie for not updating this more often xO.

Breakfast: Random fruit o-o , grapes mainly. It was just more of a muching fest at the fruit bowl xD

Lunch: Mac and cheese D:

Dinner: Green peas >.> and more mac.

Exercise:
went biking to the park, played on the swing at the park, biked back home.

WIll ST after chem hw.

January 23rd:

Exercise: Today I went out for a long bike ride/ walk around campus.

Breakfast: xD It's saturday .. I didn't wake up early enough for breakfast

Lunch: Hmm I had mac and cheese

Dinner: haven't had it yet, don't know if I will.

My Thoughts; I'm down another 2 pounds.

Today's starting off terribly >.< I'm stuck home cleaning.

For breakfast: today I had 2 chewy bars lol.

Update: I'm down to 145 :].

Thoughts: I need to make more of an effort to eat when I wake up and pack a lunch >.<. I never seem to have the time lol.

Things that have changed: I suppose I found a new source of motivation :]. I'm pining after this cute guy lol.

Foods : I'm trying to work more beans into my life style. >.< But they're so boring lol

February 7th:

I think I may be getting a job soon. Just handed in my application to McDonalds and the lady seemed to like me. Err. If I do get that job i'll have to bike there everyday so yay for exercise!

I can't eat anything at Mcdonalds since a) it will make my tumy hurt or b) it has meat in it. So rest assured I won't be indulging in any of their crappy food.

Motivation for this week: pretty low to be honest. The week coming up will be full of deadlines >.< so I think I'd be lucky if I didn't gain any weight. I've told myself I wont eat while working so..I dont end up over eating.

No weight loss happened this week sad just maintained. I suppose that's decent. Ciao ciao smile Update next week.

February 14th: Happy Valentine's Day.

Breakfast: I had a small glass of grape juice. Going to make some oatmeal in a bit.
Exercise: If It's warm enough I'm going to bike to the library. Otherwise I'll just get a ride there a take a long walk around the campus .

Lunch: I'll probably have subway as I'll be at the library getting my homework done.

Dinner: Not sure yet.

Thoughts; Trying to get back on track here. Lord hold my hand smile

February 15th:

Changes: I've got this 20 oz water bottle. I've been forcing myself to drink refill it at least 3 times per day.

Breakfast: Grits , Egg, sliced pear and some grape juice.

Exercise: Yard Work

Snack: whole grain crackers and cheese
