WEEK 4 DAY 6 - MONDAY 28 DECEMBER 2009


FOOD:

Breakfast: Wholegrain oats with banana, almonds and honey.

Lunch: 1 boiled egg with mayo; tomato & cucumber with dill

Dinner: Serniki (Ukrainian dish) with sour cream

Dessert: dark chocolate

Snacks: carrot with greek yogurt as dip; almonds; dark chocolate; 3 biscuits

Drinks: green tea, water


EXERCISE:

- none. 40 degrees outside. I'd pass out.

COMMENTS: Starting tomorrow and as a challenge for Week 5, no dessert foods -- like chocolate and stuff like that.
