lucky charms w/ low fat milk
donut

Lunch:
~1 cup lemon ginger chicken & rice (and something... bamboo? do people cook bamboo? that's what it looked like..)
plain salad (lettuce, carrots, cabbage, croutons)

Snack(s):
orange
12 oz fruit smoothie

Dinner:
bbq chicken
cabbage? lettuce? i'm not sure ninja
white rice

Water:
tba

Excersize:
upper body workout
like 5 minutes of DDR before I had to stop because I got bad cramps crying

Weight:
170

LOL@BREAKFAST. I blame the horrible cramps I have right now. Eating comfort food did make them feel a little better though. ninja I have healthy food plans for the rest of the day to make up for it.

Haha, I did the same thing for breakfast. Had a brownie. I'm 100% positive that it cures female problems. <_< I figure as long as I splurge before noon or so (so I have a chance to burn it all off) it's ok, as long as it isn't a daily thing. <3 You've been doing really well though so I wouldn't worry at all about it. <3 C:

Yeah, fried foods and baked goods seem to make my cramps feel better too whee Luckily I usually only get cramps reeeeeally bad for 1 day and then they're gone. Thanks for the support heart

small serving of tri-tip
onion rings (I REGRET NOTHING, THOSE WERE THE BEST ONION RINGS EVER)
strawberries
small cup of some hot vanilla latte thing

2 L

Excersize:
45 minutes DDR

FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUU, I just found out yesterday that I might have to take 5 classes this quarter. Which is really bad for having time to exercise. whee Nevermind. biggrin

I'M STILL EATING TOO MUCH. NO MORE CAFETERIA PIZZA 'TILL JANUARY. ALSO NO MORE THAN 2 DESSERT ITEMS PER WEEK 'TILL JANUARY. NO MORE THAN ONE FRIED ITEM PER WEEK 'TILL JANUARY. THAT'S FINAL. If I do well with those rules, maybe I'll keep 'em for a while longer.

OMG YEAH THAT SUBFORUM TITLE HAS BEEN BUGGING ME FOR AGES crying You're welcome biggrin

And it was really really really good! I didn't make it myself, it was from the cafeteria (Our state-funded dorms and classrooms and stuff may be dumpier than those from private schools, but at least our dining commons are way better than theirs ninja )

Your comments are interesting to read. And I like how honest you are.
You are doing well, and I think it's good that you can set rules for yourself... I find that hard to do.
