I'm from Germany. We are allowed to drink at 18, to drive at 18 too and to smoke at 21. But I don't drink alcohol very often. Sometimes one beer. Once in a month maybe...

I thought so. That would definitely explain the german comments in your profile.
I'm learning german, I'm on my third year.
Edit: I find it funny that Germany's and the U.S.'s legal drinking and smoking age are switched.
