I'd have to say Hikaru/Kaoru & sometimes Kyoya/Kaoru and Tamaki/Kaoru from Ouran High School Host Club (though it's not yaoi it's implied)
from an actual yaoi manga/anime I like Ayase/Kanou from Okane Ga Nai.

But I do have quite a few Yaoi/Shounen-ai doujinshi of Katekyo Hitman Reborn and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

I've just recently found my new 2nd favorite book, though I really love all of the authors works.
It's Hakui no Shihaisha or the English name 'The Ruler who is wearing a White Coat' by Kabutomaru Chouko.
It's an SM(sadism + masochism) story first of all, which is also in some of her other books. It's a really well told story in my opinion and better than some other SM stories I've read.
If anybody has any suggestions about some good ones I'm taking! =D
