The Room Of Requirement

*Selene strides down the corridor looking for a quiet place with some music where she could draw*

::Walks down the hall with a dazed/annoyed look on face. As she paces wishing that she had a place to read, a place filled with books but not the libary. A place that had no people shouting, or a place that all you hear is some soft music, a quiet humming, the sound of scribbling on paper, and the soft crispy noise of turing pages in a book. She took a long sigh and agreed that the only place with loads of books was the Libary. As she looked behind her, making sure that didn't drop anything, she noticed a door. Now that door hadn't been there last time she looked. Or was it?? She thought back to a few minutes before but made up her mind that it hadn't been there. As she walked up to it she heard some music, and someone humming. Her hands went to the door as she pushed it open with a soft creak. She saw another Gryffindor (as she was one herslef) and rembered the face.* Selene?*she murmed, as the girl looked up and smiled. She smiled back and saw a fire, with a chair right next to it. As Selene went back to drawing, she walked up to the chair and sat down. Then she noticed what she hadn't before. There was bookshelves covering the wall. The books covered every subject - from how Fire-Whisky was made, to the incantations to make a broom fly. She smiled and wispered to herself,* Now this is what Lily likes, *She walked up to one of the bookshelves and pulled out a tattered book of children tales. She looked at the book as she walked over to the chair. She opened to the first page and heard what she wanted, the crisp sound as she opened to the first page, the scribbling from Selene, and soft music proturding from somewhere she did not know. Not to mention there was no shouting, and it wasn't the libary::

*Vieve elf strolls down the hallway back and forth, wishing for a room full of chocolate frogs when she stumbles across a door that wasn't there before. She opens the door slowly and is not suprised to find....a room full of chocolate frogs!* "Ooh, Vieve loves chocolate frogs! Vieve wonders what cards she shall get!" *Vieve rips open a box and jumps back, as the frog has leaped out of the box. Vieve chases after the frog and catches it in mid jump, pops it into her mouth and feels a funny hopping sensation against her tongue. She giggles and looks at the card, she got Dumbledore! She leans back and opens another one*

*Vieve continues to eat her chocolate frogs, she stares at the last card she got from her frogs, it's Nicholas Flammel and one of Vieves favorite cards, she smiles but is getting a little queasy. She grabs her tummy and groans.* "Vieve is sickly and may need a good looking at" *She slumps back against a chair that wasn't there before and closes her eyes to take a nap*

walks to the door thinking ahrd. "need a quit place to study. just a quit place to study."

before her a door apears so goes in and find a fire place with a couch and table with some snack food on the table. the perfect place she says.

*walks slowly down the 7th floor corridor.*
"If I get caught this is all Filche's cats fault" Cami murmurs.

*starts pacing the hall, holding a large stack of books that she had been reading when she got kicked out of the library because of Ginny.*

*suddenly a door appears, Scouting a large brass handle. She opens the door and is amazed to see a whole other library all to herself*

"Wow!" Cami exclaims.

Ari the house-elf walked brikly back and forward behind the tapestry depicting Barneby. She, like most elves, knew the Room of Requirement was there and was in desperate need of some bandages because Dobby has burned himself.
Again.
On her third round past the tapestry, a door appeared. Ari seized it open, grabbed the huge wad of bandages that were waiting for her, and ran off down the hall to the kitchens.

*strides past the hall three times thinking of how she had drank a little too much butterbeer that night*

*a door appears and Cami reluctantly opens it to reveal a beautifully furnished room with a bed and a wall full of antidotes*

"YIPPEE!" hiccups Cami, as she collapses on the bed with an antidote bottle in her hand.

lonnie the house-elf is in desperate need of a room,where she can just sit quietly by herself and read her cleaning book
she can never get any real peace in the kitchens with all the other house-elves rushing about and complaining about how they deserve to be punished
walking down the corridor,she looked around suspiciously,and walked through the door that had suddenly appeared as she was thinking about what she needed it for
picking her book up off the floor,she strolled around inside for a bit,amazed and fascinated by this hidden room,and then sat down on the comfiest chair she'd ever sat on
she opened her book on the page that she'd stopped reading at,put on her scratched-up glasses (being a forgetful elf,she'd forgotten the spell to mend things),and carried on quietly,humming the tune she'd been humming all day to herself

"Abby races down the hall and turns around the corner twards the kitchen and sees a door that she's never noticed before. She opens it and it is a tunnel. She follows it and it leads to.........."

eek Abby the elf is walking down the hallway (obviously lost) When she realizes she is covered in soup!
She had forgotton that she had spilled al of the soup from the kitchens all over her!

[Petrified Heart of Glass]

[Petrified is a house-elf. But she has a secret. A secret she needs to hide in order not to be rejected by other house-elves. She has always been fascinated by human magic. If others had known about that, they would ridicule her and ostracize her. Elves could do their own magic and weren't supposed to take any interest in human magic. They weren't allowed to have wands. It was just something not meant for them - out of their reach. So, Petrified calmly accepted her fate and never shared her secret with another living soul. But one day, she found a book of Charms lying on the ground in one of the hallways. Obviously dropped there and forgotten by some careless student. She picked it up. There was no name. She wanted to return it. After all, it was her duty, but since it wasn't signed, she didn't know who should she return it to. So, she kept it. She felt extremely guilty and didn't even dare to look inside for the first couple of days, as if it were something forbidden - which, in a way, it was. But, then, one day, after the dinner was finished and she didn't have any chores left to do for the day, she took the book out of her lair and started wandering the hallways in search of a place to read it. She couldn't do it downstairs. She couldn't allow to be seen by any of the fellow elves. So, she accidentally stumbled upon the Room of Requirement. She didn't know the place existed and was completely oblivious of it's magic. She just saw a small, cosy room, with a fireplace, and a fluffy little rug in front of it. She laid on the rug, positioning the book so the fire would cast light upon the pages. And then she started reading...]

Blue has come to the Room of the Requirement to pick up a bunch of butterbeers for the thirsty waiting students in the Great Hall. As soon as she walks in she sees Petrified with her book and doesn't want to disturb her. Blue thinks that house-elves should increase their house-elfy knowledg by reading humans' books. "That way" she thinks "we can better serve our masters!"
The Butterbeer, neatly arrangd of rows of kegs, is located on shelves reaching from floor to ceiling in back of Petrified's cozy chair. The drinks look like liquified amber. Of course, in the room there is a wheelbarrow that Blue starts to load with butterbeer. She realizes that although the shelves are high, once bare, a shelf disappears into the floor, slowly making the shelves of kegs smaller and smaller. Also, the wheelbarrow, although it seems small, it actually seems quite volumnous... actually almost infintely deep... once Blue thinks that she can not fit another keg in, new space appears. The best things is that the wheelbarrow is very light to move, which is good as Blue has a tiny fragile elf body.
"Thanks you Room of Requirement!" The elf nearly shouts but remembers that Petrified is still reading her Charms book. Blue whispers "I sees you soon!"

Fearless' hologram was wandering around Hogwarts castle before coming onto a hallway, sleepy, thinking about a warm bed in which to recline in and start dreaming away. "Poof..." Suddenly, a door opened up and in a pre-asleep mode, Fearless II opened the door and fell in. In front of her eyes were beds, tons of them and she fell into the nearest one and started snoring and dreaming about him.

*Summer wandered the halls of the seventh floor, muttering to herself.*
The Hogwart's Monthly had said that the Room of Requirement was found on the seventh floor across from the giant tapestry of Barnabas the Barmy teaching trolls ballet...Ah! Here it is!
*Summer walked past the room, back and forth, the required number of times, all the while thinking of what she required.*
I need a place to store this necklace. A place that only I can enter, unless I am with someone else, and allow them to enter it with me...without force...
*The door appeared, and Summer entered a room full of vaults that other students over the years had wished for. She searched the vaults and found one under her name. Opening it up, she placed the necklace inside.*
There. Safe from harm.
