I'm not eating anything else tonight. I am actually full and as much as I would like to, I will not. NO. NO. NO.

Soo... yesterday I really didn't eat a lot, but I'm fairly certain that the amount of oil that I ate was so much. A half cup of oil starts off almost every recipe! (It's not as bad as it sounds though because the recipes are ENORMOUS) But still. I got some exercise in the form of riding for about an hour. I'm glad I did.

OK. I've had around 1800 calories today, I'm not going to eat ANY MORE TONIGHT. DONE EATING THIS IS MY PROMISE.

It's technically not my first ten, I've lost thirty pounds since last year, but I'm treating it as my first ten since I got below 200. ._. Thank you though!

I've had much better luck not writing down what I eat, I'm going to pay attention and see how it goes.

I've been having good luck. I've been losing weight more than when I was eating, writing down, and *gaining!* AUGH! Basically I've been trying to make each meal healthy and small and paying attention to what I eat and making sure I don't get too hungry. We'll see how this is going.

I'm at 193.0 now. ^_^

I'm weighing myself weekly now. Tomorrow is weigh in day, I'm fairly excited because I have to think that I've lost weight.

Odd, I have not lost weight, but gained weight, however I did lose an inch. I have to think I've gained muscle because I feel thinner. So I'm not too worried. And besides, if I gained muscle I'll be metabolizing faster.
