It took a while to answer...Ceres was looking at how foolish the humans were acting, drinking and having a good time. At least she was sane when she drank. The waiter came back with some expensive wine for them and then left. Ceres passed him his glass as she sipped her red wine and continued looking away, almost avoiding Israel's question for the longest time. She almost looked like Elizabeth sitting there so calmly and quietly, gazing at the people, her eyes almost empty looking.
Turning to Israel she reached for his hand, gently clutching it in her small one, staring him straight in the eye, "You really don't remember do you...Jackel and Elizabeth they lived in the same Spirit village we did before all this happened..a lot of...things happened between the three of us." meaning herself her sister and Jackel. It wasn't that she was scared of him but it really wasn't a topic she was good at discussing.

Elizabeth continued to stand across from Adrian in a staring contest and in silence, just wondering why she was staring. Finally, when Adrian cracked all Elizabeth could do was chuckle. "You know we have no need for last names after we're assigned our Spirits...you know who I am, I've already told you...you just don't remember what I've done..." she smirked and turned her back to Adrian while trying to catch up to her master, "Don't worry, I'm sure your master will tell you soon, after all...nothing happens by accident." that last line was spoken in a strange eerie tone with her head tilted down so she could just barely look over her left shoulder. Without another word Elizabeth left and entered her inn room to aid Jackel with anything.

Israel frowned a bit, a feeling of forboding overwhelming him at Ceres reply and he looked to his own glass of wine, tasting it and then placing it back on the table. "I did not mean to make you uncomfortable... Ceres. Just trying to get a better understanding of our situation, for your safety of course." He looked down at his hand which he now realized was much bigger than Ceres' small feminine hands. He felt calm at the moment and soon his thoughts were interrupted by the waiter bringing them thier orders. He ate quickly, trying his best not to act too beast like as he ate his steak. When he was done, Ceres was only half way done with her meal and his green eyes seemed even brighter than before. Since he was full, Israel was able to be patient and sat silently watching Ceres with curiosity.

Adrian watched, again ignored, as the mysterious Elizabeth walked away from her. She had the need to follow her, but she knew better. Maybe finally approaching Theia about all of this was the only way to get her answers. She turned around to see Michael and asked him for some food for Theia and Pharos. He became rather chatty again, but Adrian just turned off her hearing, now able to see alot better than needed. When she received the meals, Adrian made her way to the room, walking up the stairs at a pace that seemed too slow for her. Upon entering the room, Adrian saw that Theia and Pharos were finished bathing and were laughing in peace on a bed. Adrian almost felt bad about wanting to ask such a fragile question, so she didn't. Instead, she walked over to the window and looked out, her glance going back and forth between the window and Pharos and Theia. She couldn't help but smile at the mother-son scene, but she was being rather quiet, even for Adrian.

Taking quite a bit of time to finish she decided to leave the food and wine for later, noticing how impatient Israel was becoming. She guessed that Adrian was just as impatient and after finally finding another Spirit after so long, the twins weren't very thrilled about it...
She ordered her food and wine to go while going through her dress pouch to take out a bag of gold coins which they hardly used and gathered over the years of youth. She finally answered his question by the time they had packed up and were heading off to look for Theia and the others by sundown.
"I think it's time my sister and I reminded ourselves of the cruelty of our kind and the human kind..." she said softly, bitting her bottom lip for a second, turning to him. "Find your sister, she'll no doubt be where Theia is." Ceres could only hope that Jackel and Elizabeth weren't too close to where they were staying for their own safety.

"Food!" Pharos was rather hungry and was happy to see real food again after so long and pulled away from his mother, whom was tickling him and playing with him and sat at the nearby table to eat. Other than Israel of course he had a bit more poise and a lot more manners even though he was hungry. "Thank you Adrian." he smiled politely before he cut some bread and poured some juice into a cup for everyone and giving everyone some food.

Theia sat up on the bed after lying down and playing with Pharos, moving her hair and bangs out of her eyes while smiling sweetly to Adrian. "You're so quiet. Come sit with me." she held out her hand for Adrian to join her while Pharos ate by the window.
"I can tell you're...irritated by the current events and maybe I should...tell you why Ceres and I don't like them...seeing as you and Israel don't really seem to remember what things were like before the Raiders began to strike and then some..." she said softly, hugging her legs a bit, not really wanting to recall those memories that so haunted her.

Israel remained silent and he was quick about getting out ot the resturant. Obeying Ceres' orders, he sniffed the air, searching for his sister's scent. He listened to the words Ceres spoke, but there was not much or him to comment on. The sun setting behind them, Israel began to lead Ceres towards the inn. In a quiet voice, he spoke to Ceres, though he did not make eye contact with her. "The ones you call Jackel and Elizabeth are at the inn as well... I suspect Adrian and Theia are already aware of this." Still, he kept the moving towards the inn, holding on to Ceres' food and they entered. It was here that Israel fell back behind Ceres so he could follow her, tired of not having his master treat him like her slave.

Adrian thanked Pharos and took a sip from her cup to not be rude, but she was not hungry. Looking in Theia's direction, Adrian moved to the bed, laying down with her head next to Theia's body and she looked up to her with amber eyes, watching her hug her legs with curiosity. "You are right... I do not remember... and unfortunatly, the one you call Elizabeth refuses to inform me... though I would not ask you to speak of anything that would discomfort you, my lady." She closed her eyes for a moment, taking in the feel of the bed against her back.

After eating a bit, Pharos took his cup and his mother's over to the bed and handed her his while tugging on her dress gently.
"Are you hurting inside mother?" he asked holding the cup out to her with his innocent little face. Of course Pharos didn't know anything about Jackel and Elizabeth since this was long before he was born...but he still didn't really trust them...

When Theia was aware of Pharos holding his cup to her and Adrian's head beside her she smiled and spread her legs out in front of her, took the cup and pulled Pharos into her lap, allowing him to place his head on her chest if he wanted. After looking at her reflection in the juice she sipped out to retain the liquid and sigh.
"Well...might as well wait for-" Just before she finished, there was a knock on the door and the voice of her sister, telling her to open up or she'd burn the door down. Ceres was never really the patient type...so Theia made a move, having water come out of her hand, to allow her to open the door from the inside to let her sister in. "You've always had perfect timing sister." Theia smirked while sighing again, her sister sitting in a chair by the window while motioning Israel to stand behind her.

"I guess we should start at the very beginning since your little one might as well learn about his heritage before we all die out." Ceres began, finally changing into her true form, flipping her hair and fixing her proper dress after being in human form for so long.
"Well....many years ago....maybe even thousands, Spirits only guess at how old they are, we were created by our Father of Time, to be protectors of the Earth giving each and every one of use special gifts that only a selected few possess, and we did so for many many years, living away from the humans in a seperate reality of our own. It was only when the humans found out about our existance that Guardians were necessary."

"And so our Father of Time selected a bunch of humans and gave them power to live and feed off of us, while in exchange we provide them with power to turn into larger and stronger creatures known as Werewolves. Each was assigned to a specific Guardian to protect them from these humans we now call Raiders. The problem was a Werewolf's lifespan isn't as long as a Spirit's but long enough to last many many years. When those Werewolves die their children are assigned to new Spirits and so on and so on. We'll start off..from the beginning, just to make things clear. The day Adrian and Israel were assigned to us back our home of Deus." Theia sigh heavily while closing her eyes remembering that faithful day while she and her sister, much like young teenagers, even though today Ceres and Theia didn't look tooooooooo much older and Theia certainly didn't look old enough to be Pharos' mother but still that was because of their long lasting youth that was needed to keep them alive.

-START FLASH BACK-

Years and years ago, the Guardians were more than a tool. They were a species, a breed of humans all of thier own. Taking grasp of their animal instinct inside, the Guardians lived in familes, packs which consisted of 15-20 members, each with an alpha male and female. It is here that Israel and Adrian first met life. First, it must be understood that for every Spirit, there exsisted a Guaridan, and in this case, for the twin spirits Ceres and Theia, there were born the twin Guardians Israel and Adrian. It was obvious that the smal cubs were destined to serve a purpose since a twin Guardian birth was so rare, but also because Israel and Adrian were the only son and daughter of the alpha male and female, Rene and Mariana. Throughout thier life, no matter where thier Guardian pack, the Veinto pack, traveled, Adrian and Israel were honored as royalty, and it was only natural that they had grown infact, stronger and wiser than any other memebers of thier pack. Throughout thier life, they were taught everything they would need to know about protecting thier Spirit, whom they would one day meet on thier travels. They had seen how the life of a Guardian worked. They were born to travel. When they had finally reached thier Spirit, they would know. Thier minds would change, and they would soon answer the call to fulfill thier destiny. Year by year, Israel and Adrian watched as thier pack lost memebers, only replenished by the small amount of new borns during the Spring. Eventually, thier mother had left them, and years later, thier father, making both Israel and Adrian the new alpha male and female. By now however, they had grown strong and wise, unknowing if they would ever see thier parents again and unknowing of any of the changes they were soon to face. Before long, the Viento pack began thier travel to Deus, a well known Spirit village, though the pack was unsure why Israel had ordered that they travel there in the first place. It was Elizabeth who first noticed the change within the two twins.

Camping for the night, Elizabeth had gone off from the roaring fire of the pack and traveled deep into the woods, searching for a familuar scent. Soon, in the light of the full moon, she found who she was looking for. A slightly younger Adrian sat high in a tree, looking out over the forest and into Deus, her eyes glaring at the lights below as if they were her prey. Making her way up the tree, Elizabeth made her way to Adrian, and frowned. "Why aren't you with the others? This is the fifth time you have done this since we began making our way to Deus."

Adrian remained quiet, her eyes stuck on the sight before her. Elizabeth have a soft growl. "Adrian... you haven't spoken in days... you're acting like your mother before sh-"

"Before she what." Adrian had finally moved her glance to Elizabeth, who sat next to her on the large tree branch. It was more of a rhetorical question though. Elizabeth was referring to the way Israel and Adrian's mother Mariana had begun to act before she left the pack; silent and seculded.

Elizabeth made a sad face, looking away from Adrian and down at the dark, forest floor, her voice dropping to a whisper. "I'm just afriad of losing you to this world we are so destined to protect..."

Adrian gave a growl, not wanting to have an emotional conversation at the time. Though, she was not aware of her actions in the past week. No one had pointed them out. All others in the pack knew the cycle that took place when a Guardian caught on to the scent of thier Spirit, so no one dared to interfere with what was now considered, nature. Moving her glance back to the sight of Deus, Adrian's eyes grew brighter, the feeling in her chest that she had felt the past week began to rise and swell to something far more. Elizabeth seemed frightened by Adrian's sudden change, and she lept down to the forest floor, looking up to Adrian who too seemed scared at her sudden change. Without a second thought, Adrian gave a leap, covering a distance much much farther than she had ever covered before with little effort and incredible speed. Making her way back to the camp site, Adrian found Israel, who looked more like a boy at time, glaring with bright green eyes at Deus.

Many of the elder memebers looked over to the twins, some with eyes of curiosity, others with a warm knowing smile as the twins began a silent conversation with themselves. "Adrian... do you feel the sa-"

"Yes brother, I do... why?" Neither of thier glances had moved from the town below, an obvious ruckess taking place and the only reasonable answer, was an invasion by Raiders. Normally, the Guardians stayed out of the affairs of the Raiders, and only one or two left the pack to assist. Always, those Guardians never returned. Now, the elders watched the two twins, wondering if in fact, it was thier time to leave as well.

Israel gave a scared look to his sister Adrian. Although he was raised to be the alpha male, it was Adrian who lead the pack into battle, who made all important desicions. "I want to go... I feel so... weak... "

Adrian nodded her head, her eyes growing brigher and birghter, on the virge of glowing as the twins now stood with a bend in thier knees. "Yes... go."

In that instance, Israel hesitated no longer. Following the feeling in his chest that told him to run, he did, right into the direction of the falling town, his energy growing more and more as he neared the sight. Adrian took a step forward, but was caught by a forceful hand on her shoulder. Smelling the air, Adrian knew it could only be Elizabeth. She turned with amber eyes that roared like a fire to the young Guardian, whose eyes seemed to plead Adrian not to leave. But Adrian's mind had lost its control over her body, and with a hard pull, Adrian tore herself from Elizabeth's grasp, and sprinted with a burst of speed down from the forest and into Deus.

Although Israel was well ahead of Adrian, she arrived first, the town ablaze as many Spirits fought against the Raiders attack. It seemed they were winning. Israel appeared behind Adrian, a little scared as he looked around the town, staying as far away from the fires as possible. He seemed so innocent, and usually, Adrian would stand in his defense, but there was now a scent in the air that cause her ability to think, to shut down. It took Israel a moment to smell what Adrian had, yet the scents were different. Israel's nose had sparked, a spicy female scent in the air that seemed to call to him, commanding him to it. Walking forward, he forgot his fear of the flames as he began searching for the scent. Adrian's nose had picked up on a soft, sweet scent that seemed to beg for her to find. Dropping down to her knees, she breathed in deeper, filling her lungs with the scent and she looked to her brother, who seemed to be standing taller than before.

Israel's muscles seemed to tone tighter, his build becoming larger and his skin grew paler. Falling to his knees as well, he clutched the ground, his nails longer, sharper, his teeth biting into his lip as his skin grew long, white hair. Shaking his head, he was only half-man, half-beast when he gained conciousness again and ran, his feet thumping the ground to someplace he did not know. Adrian's transformation began after Israel had left and forgotten about his sister. Her skin turned a dark color and black hairs began to cover her body. Her figure grew larger, though not so large since her normal structure was fairly small. She did not grow her muscles as lean as Israel's had. Instead, she seemed more aerodynamically built, her legs long and strong. With another breath, Adrian breathed in that sweet scent again. The scent seemed to fill her with energy, and soon, that energy built up to the point where she could not stay in one place any longer. Standing up in her half-human, half-beast form, Adrian sprinted down the burning town, her speed increasing and it seemed that her feet lightly touched the ground, if they were even touching the ground at all, as she caught up to her brother and followed that strange, seductive scent that changed the both of them forever.

"THIS WAY! PROTECT THE TEMPLE!!!!" Some of the older Spirits that were falling back, surrounded a temple towards the center of the large city of Deus. It was a truly advanced city, much more than any other human village but now it was burning, flames, dust, weapons everywhere, covering the entire city floor with Raiders and Spirits fighting off each other, some of the more feminine Spirits that were more gentle and took care of the young were hurrying them to safety, people shouting and running all over, even being killed in their tracks while trying to escape.

There was a heavy circle of heavily armed Spirits with large weapons protecting the temple where it seemed the female Spirits were hiding out and protecting the young ones who were going to take over the village one day.

"Don't let them get to the Temple!" One of the male Spirits in charge command while the Raiders were starting to make their way through, though easily pushing them back with their advanced magical skills and divine powers. Although some weren't as lucky as they turned to dust when they were killed...leaving trails of dust to swerve in the air.

---

Under the temple were crowds and crowds of young Spirit children all gathered together, quiet under a secret passage in the temple. There were some older Spirits to protect them if anything but they had hoped the males outside would defeat the Raiders in time. Among that vast number of 30-40 children were the twins Theia and Ceres who seemed just a little bit older than Pharos was in the present. Theia had her knees pressed into her chest while her hands covered her ears, her sister sitting beside her and holding her close with an angered look in her eyes. Among them, not too far away was young Jackel, watching the twins and listening to the sounds outside to make sure nothing was wrong.

Some of the children were cowering in fear like Theia was and others were agitated and wanted to be up there to fight and protect their city as well, but them being the future of the Spirit Clan they couldn't afford to have anymore children killed, especially the twins who were the first twin born Spirits since the beginning of time. Spirits didn't come from other Spirits, but instead from the tree - Father of Time and Mother carrying Earth. Whenever they felt it was time for a new spirit to be born a baby conceived and born in that tree, picked up by a Spirit couple ready to take on the responsability of a child. Instead of one child, Theia of the Calm and Ceres of the Wild was born, two constrasting Spirits with two different personalities. Seeing as the girls were special, the Spirit Elder, one of the first Spirits to be born from the tree took care of them and raised them instead of a natural spirit family. He was quite old, barely able to walk or see, but he could hear everything and he could sense his girls grow into young girls and he'd hoped to live to be leaders of Deus after he passed away. He was being kept at another secret location to preserve his health, in the hopes to come out of it alive and take care of the girls and the city once more.

"Ceres...where's Grandfather...?" Theia whispered softly after feeling the earth move above them as the Raiders kept pressing forward towards the temple.

"I don't know but you have to shhh or they'll find us." Ceres spat at her twin sister while holding her protectively, looking at the other more leaderous individuals in the group that were just dying to go to battle.

Neither sister knew what was in store for them after that day but it would be a long journey ahead just to get to where they needed to be. One thing's for sure they couldn't do it alone.

Adrian and Israel began making thier way towards the center of Deus, many Raiders stopping in thier tracks at the wild beasts. Others who were more knowlagable, went to attack the twins. Senses keener than ever before, the pair of werewolves walked ran down the city streets as if they owned the place, throwing Raiders to the ground, thier spells reflecting off of thier new skin and thier weapons breaking on contact. Soon, they found themselves staring at a band of Raiders trying to break through a protective guard of Spirits. Fire, water, earth, wind... they all seemed to be working together against the Raiders. But the green inside the heart of a Raider was persistent, and as the fight continued, the Spirits began to lose. But the scent that was taming Israel and Adrian did not allow them to concentrate on the others around them, as a cheer rang up from the Spirits defense. Shouting, they seemed to have noticed the Guardians presence. To them, Israel and Adrian were a sign of hope. Israel sniffed the air one more time, knowing for sure that what he desired was inside the temple. Raiders began to turn from the Spirits to attack Israel and Adrian, but they were no match. Withing moments, the twins had dismemebered that large Raider army, and the rest began to retreat. Soon, they made thier way to the Spirits and gave loud growls, scaring the Spirits out of thier way. Orders came form some of the elder Spirits to allow them to pass, knowing that the Guardians must have come for some of the children. Clearing a path, Israel and Adrian made no eye contact with the Spirits as they rushed inside the temple, on all fours now, and into the underground hidding place that held the children. A large wooden door blocked thier way and with anger, Adrian punched through it, tearing the door apart, Israel entering first.

There were many gasps of surprise as the twins entered, sniffing around in thier half-human forms on thier hands and knees. As they moved through the crowd of children, the elders had ordered them all to keep quiet. Silence fell over the children once again, and soon, thier forms became less like humans, and more like overgrown wolves. Finally catching on to what they were looking for, Adrian and Israel stopped, now in thier full forms as they glared at the two twins against the wall.

Theia cowered in her sister's arms, closing her eyes tightly, wondering who they were and why they had suddenly broken into their protective hiding place while her sister just stared them down with that fiery look in her eyes.

After a moment one of the elders walked in and whispered to one of the female Spirits watching over the children, whispering about the Guardians that had suddenly made their way into town.
"Is it them?"
"It must be...there are two of them and this can't be a coinscidence..." she whispered back.
"We must bring them to the Elder now.." he said walking forward towards the four of them, around the two werewolves and to the girls.
"Now, now Theia, don't be afraid they won't hurt you." he said quietly as he put a hand on her head and her sister's, "Come, I will take you to your grandfather." with a gentle smile he took both of their hands and began walking out of the hiding place out to the next one on the other side of town where their Elder was being protected.
"Come come step lively now you two, the Elder doesn't have all day." he said refering to Adrian and Israel, instructing them to keep up.

At this point, the twins were curious as to who the strangers were but didn't dare to look back as they walked with another elder on the council. The two were so obviously to the world outside their home and of the Guardians. They did realize their friends and other Spirits starting to disappear; leaving the village and never returning but they'd never seen fully transformed werewolves before.

The walk to their Grandfather's had quickened as their imaginations curiously wondered why all of a sudden there were werewolves in their village, just as a bunch of Raiders had come to attack.
"Grandfather!" Both twin girls ran to the old man sitting in a large chair in a small dark room, outside heavily guarded with Spirits. He was old....like old old...a long while bear, balding head, white eyes, pale skin, barely able to stand on his own, and a walking stick that came from the Father Tree.
"My girls..." he said softly embracing the two. "You're safe....thank goodness." he said weakly while turning his blind eyes to the two werewolves in front of him. It seemed the five of them had been locked in the room with their Elder and the twins. "I see you are to thank for protecting our city's treasure." he continued, coughing at the end of his sentence, ironically he said he could see that the two saved the girls when he really couldn't see at all, only sense.

Adrian and Israel growled softly when the elders touched the girls. They were touching something that had longed for, and it was not to thier favor. They watched curiosly at the two girls, calming down a bit as they were able to take in the scent more efficently now, as if a craving had been satisfied. When the two girls were taken away, Israel gave a whine. He did not know whether to follow or to stand down, but Adrian was more decicive and immediatly followed after the blue-eyed girl, not wanting to loose her scent. Israel seemed to be moving slower as he followed the red-head, her scent causing him to become weak, yet full of strength at the same time. Unknowingly, the two twins began to change thier forms. By the time they had been locked into the room with the three Spirits, they had gained full human features, though thier eyes gleamed with energy unmatched by any bright object other than the fires of the sun itself. Keeping thier gaze on the girls, everything seemed to fall into place, thier minds once again taking control of thier bodies.

"Yes... I suppose so..." Adrian spoke up first. It was apparent that she was a naturally born leader. She had it written all over her face as she looked into the elders weak eyes.

Israel did not tear his gaze away from the red-head, and he shifted in his boots when the old man embraced her. In his mind, the young girl was now his territory, his, and only his, and he was not liking someone else touching her, destroying the scent he seemed to have become addicted to.

Adrian decided to speak up again. "Tell me... " She looked down at the blue-eyed girl, giving a warm look so she did not scare her. Both Adrian and Israel appeared to be a few years older than the two girls. Adrian's hair was long, reaching down her back and Israel seemed to have a boyish demenor about him. Still, they looked down at the girls as if they were thier own children. "What is your name."

"Go on now...." The Elder pushed the twins forward so they could introduce themselves as they were taught.

The blue haired one was shy at first but then curtseyed slightly to the older girl and tried to smile.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Theia, Theia of the Calm Water." she said softly and sheepishly while Ceres stepped foward to do the same.

"My name is Ceres of the Wild Flame and it is my honour to welcome you to Deus." The girls were certainly trained in manners, not like when they were older when things changed, but one thing's for sure, each of them had their own distinctive attitude at a very young age.

"These, are my angels, they are good girls...once you get to know them." he chuckled and pat them gently, turning to the two werewolves once again.
"I know what you're here for..." he started off coughing again, "and I think now is the time...however...they are far too young....to be leaving the city, even under your protection." he explained while Theia and Ceres were now looking back and forth between the two new comers and their Grandfather.
"I should ask..." he said slowly, "that you stay here in Deus a little longer...with my girls...Guard them here...until they are old enough to leave and fend for themselves..."

"WHAT!?" The twins exclaimed, turning to their grandfather and embracing him. The two had very different feelings towards him; Theia as a father figure, someone to take care of, tell stories and to care about her, while to Ceres he was a very powerful Spirit, a strong mentor and someone to practice on. He never scolded her but always made her do her best in anything which caused her attachment to him.

"We're not going to leave!" Ceres demanded with once again that famous fiery look in her eyes, her hair just up to her shoulders while her sister's was down to the middle of her back.

"You won't have anyone to protect the village if we leave!" Theia also protested, shaking her head, knowing how incredibly lonely he and their friends would be if they left too.

The Elder smiled and embraced them both, "It is who you are girls...you must grow up...live your life...and be protectors of the Earth..not of the city..." he kissed their foreheads and smiled looking into their eyes, "There will always be...Spirits girls..but never again ones like you." he was incredibly kind which was how the girls came to liking him so much and which was how everyone came to like him as their Elder who they all knew would die in a couple of years or so.

He turned to the werewolves and then to the girls, "Now Theia...you're guardian is this young woman....and Ceres, this strong young man." he pushed the two foward with a smile. "I ask you to live here with us...watch over my girls...and help them grow..be their new family as I won't be able to be once you leave."

Adrian looked down at Theia. Yes, this was the sweet scent she had been searching for. Bending down on one knee, Adrian made it so that she was eyelevel with Theia. Instantly, the young, childish demenor was washed away as Adrian looked into the girl's dark eyes. "Hello... my name is Adrian... " Her voice was much softer now, like a mother to a child, and Adrian lifted her hair to the Theia's cheek, brushing some of her long hair away from her face. "There is no need to be afriad little one..." Adrian dropped her voice to a whisper. "I will not any harm come to you... I promise." How could Adrian promise something so sacred to a child she had just met? Even she did not know, yet her words were as sincere as the sun's promise to return after night had fallen.

Israel looked down at Ceres, who seemed to have entered a staring contest with him, despite her well mannered words before. Shaking his head, his innocent boyish charm seemed to have faded, his expression now trying to match Ceres. Breathing in again, Ceres spicy scent drove him weak and he tried his best to seem as poweful as he could in the eyes of the young girl. His voice grew deep, dark almost as he replyed to the elder. "I will stay here as long as she does... and I will follow her to the end of time its self..." Something was different about him. The chemicals in his body were reacting differently to the scent of his Spirit than they had with Adrian and Theia. Falling down on both knees, Israel bowed his head to Ceres, his blonde hair much longer and tied in a tight ponytail, as he took Ceres' hands in his, loosing what was left of his selfpride as he spoke only loud enough for her to hear. "You should call me Israel... and I you, Master..."

From then on, for a little while anyway, Adrian and Israel lived with Theia and Ceres in the recovering city of Deus. Adrian soon changed her leadership attitude into a motherly instinct, whilst Israel turned from an outspoken boy to a sulken slave. Fadely aware that thier pack was still in the area, it was not long until there memories began to fade and thier outlook on life changed to become an outlook on the life of Ceres and Theia.

"PULL!!!" Ceres yelled at Israel while he was holding some clay discs. Throwing them into the air they flew long and high in the air. Setting her hands a flame she threw three fireballs to smash each of the clay discs, their pieces smashing in the air.
"More and faster!" she demanded while engulfing her hands in a stronger flame that began to pulse.

Years had passed since the day the four of them first met but it only seemed like they had grown a couple of years. Ceres and Theia looked about 11 while Adrian and Israel only looked to be in their mid to late teenage years. While Ceres was outside training her fireballs, Theia was out by the pond with some other spirits training. Unlike her twin sister's harsher ways of training and destruction, Theia was more calm, waving her arms in certain motions to control the water and have them come out of the lake in a pillar or to knock down a stone wall.
When she successfully tore down a stone wall to make a secret cave behind the waterfall she felt proud and ran to Adrian and hugged her, she was still an innocent child but had to train to become stronger to catch up to her sister.
"Adrian look! I did it! After all that training!" hugging her guardian like an elder sister and a motherly figure she smiled sweetly, with her eyes twinkling. Although she was 11 she still had that childish demonor, mentally growing up much slower than the human race itself.

"Pathetic, I could do that in my sleep." Ceres had walked over...or at least ridden over while sitting on Israel's shoulders.
"While you've been here doing your petty control training, I've been working on skills for combat which is what you should be doing." she smirked and crossed her arms, putting them on Israel's head and placing her head on them. It wasn't that she used him as her slave but as a toy she could play with.

"Both of you girls are pathetic." A voice resonated from not too far away, a young boy with glasses and a young girl in a dark brown cloak sat in a tree not too far away from the twins and their guardians.
"You're standing here pathetically trying to feel good about yourselves when I've already gotten positions in the City's Guard Council."

(Sorry it's so bad, I'm pressed for time in the morning....)

Adrian was now much more mature and powerful than she had ever been, though stuck in the body of a young teenage girl. Her hair was shorter now, though not the wild style it would later become to be, and she seemed to have a much more calmer demenor about herself as compared to when she was younger and impulsive of her actions. Hugging Theia in return, Adrian had come to subconciously accept her role to Theia as more than a Guardian, but a mother, a feminine figure to look up to for both protection and advice. Hugging her in return, Adrian smiled warmly down at the young girl. She had been basking in the sun earlier, watching Theia play with the other water Spirits and was astounded that such a small girl could prove something so powerful. Hearing the rather harsh footsteps of her brother, Adrian turned, holding Theia by her shoulders, to see none other than Israel and Ceres, a smrik on both thier faces.

Israel too seemed to have grown, though he body certainly defied his age. A strong, muscular built teenage boy, Israel's stance was tall, though not as large as he would become in later years. His blonde hair was still rather long and elegantly taken care of thanks to Ceres' attempts to have her Guardian look much more stunning that Theia's. Walking over with Ceres' on his shoulders, he felt proud that his Spirit had grown so powerful in such a short amount of time. Over the years, Israel had come to terms with his Guardian's attitude and subconciously wished he was as strong willed as her. Showing her off to Adrian and Theia, the connection between the brother and sister had changed dramatically. They got along fine, they always had, but ever since they had found Theia and Ceres, they seemed to have drifted apart, but each of them understood why, so it was no bother.

Looking over to the young boy and shadowed figure, Adrian took a defensive stance behind Theia where as Israel simply turned so that Ceres could see him better.
