Rain still didn't understand why this vampire was helping her and why he hadn't lost control from the scent of her blood. "Why are you trying to help me?" she asked him. Maybe he was trying to trick her.

His smile sends a shiver down Rain's spine. What if he was saving her for his next meal? Rain took a single step away from him...she knew she wouldn't make it ever far but at least she could give it a chance.

Rain started to feel weaker. The wounds on her arm started to bleed again and she felt like she was going to pass out. She put her arm againist the wall and looked down, feeling sick.

Instead of answering she collapsed onto the ground. She felt extremely weak from all the blood loss but a vampire wouldn't know that, would they?
Rain's skin was pale....she had passed out.

Her body was limp and you could barely hear her hearbeat. Rain was still losing blood.

They arrive at the hideout Deatux places Rain lightly on a mattress and starts to clean up her wounds wonder why everyone thinks we vampires are evil besides keeping them all slaves

Rain woke up five minutes later to find the vampire cleaning her wounds. She jumped from shock, "Where am I?" she asked as she looked around.

Rain looked at him and lay down. She still didn't trust him but what was she supposed to do? Rain sighed as she stared at the ceiling.
