Thanks guys. I am in China right now visitng my relatives. I admit I have been slacking and probably have gained a few pounds. However the exercise here is pretty good because you have to walk everywhere.

When I get back to the states I will be starting a yoga class for my PE requirement. I'm trying to get my physics degree and for some reason they are making me take a PE class. So I hope it will be fun and it gives me an excuse to learn some yoga.

The other classes I am taking are math, physics, and anthropology. I can't take a full course load because I watch my daughter during the day so all of classes are during the night or weekend.

I'm really excited about this coming semester! I wish everyone luck on their fitness goals. I am also thinking about joining a gym. I tried Gold's Gym before and did not like it much there. The people were kind of snobby and nobody would show me how to use the equipment. Maybe it was just the location I was in. Anyway, here's to another new start. This journal has seen me through so many changes. I hope to get really toned by November!

Hi everyone! It's been a while.

I had a great semester. Yoga was awesome! I was sad when it ended. I might look for other classes.

I am still maintaining my weight of 108 lbs. with healthy foods and exercise!

My new challenge is to do the Insanity workout by Sean T. It's pretty hard so far, and I'm struggling.

Happy holidays and good luck everyone. I know this time of year makes it tempting to stay at home and eat a lot. Just try to do even 10 minutes a day and it will make you feel so much better. I hate the cold! Xb

I'm back!

Some really awful things happened in my life. I haven't been very healthy, physically or emotionally. I am still maintaining the weight but I have not been eating and exercising like I should.

I need to overcome this dark period in my life and still be healthy. That is why I joined a gym (Anytime Fitness). It is a franchise so I can go to any of them. It's about $35/mo, admittedly a little expensive imo, but it's really nice and I hope I can stay on track.

I wish you much luck.
you were strong enough to lose and maintain that weight
I believe you are strong enough to get through whatever this is

I am still maintaining the weight, and trying to shape up a bit more.
Currently I am doing about 30 minutes on the elliptical + 30 minutes on the treadmill at 15% incline about 5 days a week. Also a little resistance training about 3 times a week.

I am glad I joined the gym. It was getting really hard to exercise at home. I am working through my problems and I believe it is getting better. Thanks for the support. heart

Wow, I can't believe you met your goal and have been maintaining it for so long!! Congrats Gossy, props to you!!

Your daughter's ADORABLE by the way. I hope my niece grows up to be so cute.

Has your boyfriend changed at all? A healthier lifestyle would suit him great, and he needs to set a good example for the kid.

Still lookin' good! 115 is a healthy weight, and it's admirable that you've managed to stick in that range.
