The Messiah and the Plague Doctor (Closed)

[Steel Jay]

"...If it is the one you have chosen, I will go onto this ride." Caleb replied. Pointing the beaked mask into the map, almost poking it.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Moé dragged him over to it, and she sat the both of them down.
The ride began, and the eerie background chanting began.
"Huh...?"  

[Steel Jay]

Caleb skin moved as the ride began. "....What seems to happening." Then, the dolls came. Caleb froze, staring at the dolls.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Moé paused.
"Th-they look so... real... And that one is missing part of its face..."
She gave a tiny whimper and buried her face in Caleb's chest to not look.

Caleb watched in fear, curiosity, and even, woe. He stayed frozen, holding onto the chair ahead of him.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Moé made a portal, and hurriedly dragged him into it.
The other portal was in the sky, and Jormungandr had to contrort his body and fling them upwards into it.
Moé hurriedly closed the portal when they had momentum, and they fell sideways onto the 'ground'.
"This is Marzipan Land. It's a mental world turned into reality by my mother's power. Everythign except for the people and furniture is made out of candy."

Caleb looked around the odd new land she had brought him to. Looking odd, cushion-like land they had landed into. Caleb examined it closely, even diving a hand into the ground, and pulling it back up, to find it covered in a sticky mess of brown, cake like material.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Moé giggled, and, securing the paper slip to his head with tape, she took what appeared to be a petit four from the road.
"Have as much as you like. Dont make yourself sick, though!"

Caleb inserted his pointer finger into his mask, as soon as the finger touched his tongue, he tasted the sweet, soft substance. He bit down on his finger before taking it back out. The taste lingered in his mouth and throat, he craved for more. His right hand dug into the ground, taking up the sweet substance and sending it though the mask into the mouth.

Moé, satisfied that Caleb was happy, stood up and began to walk around.
"Bill? Bill?"
She saw a log cabin.
"Oh!"
She ran over to it, and, paying two gold pieces, she went into the hot spring-sauna...thing made out of hot ginger ale, placing her clothes by the side of the spring.
"Heheheh..."

Caleb continued to devour the ground, in some sort of odd lust for it. Having already created a wrist deep hole, he looked up to find his student, missing. Despite this, he continued to eat.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

A man and a woman, both sporting rabbit ears, went up next to him.
"Hey," the man said. "Are you a hobo sent here by Kokopelli, Mister Montblanc, or something? We could give you something grander than just plain old ground-ie."
"Eek," the girl said. "Don't make yourself sick. You're lucky you haven't gotten sick with gummy worms."
"Hey, Fig," the man said, "You take care of him, I have to go back to my table."
'Fig' nodded as he left, and tried helping Caleb up.
"C'mon, Sir. There's better candy than raw old ground..."  

[Steel Jay]

Caleb looked over to the odd woman who was helping him stand. "Terribly sorry." Caleb broke away from the woman, now standing upright.  

[Miss Lovely Rita]

Fig paused.
"Our world has a lot. There's the Hearts Castle made of chocolate and sugar..."
She pointed to a massive white-and-brown castle.
"...then there's the Ginger springs, where your body is completely cleaned by the alcoholic contents. Bill told me he saw a redheaded girl run in there, prolly that messiah chick, but she paid her fare."
She gestured.
"There's gummy bears and other such things in the Tulgey Wood... and there's the most grand and elaborate candy-foods at the Tea Table."

Caleb followed the odd rabbit woman. But, now he had to either choose either to be with his student, or feed this newly acquired taste for such sugary items. Caleb decided on the one he felt best with. "And where you would be going towards?"
