On the subject of meets.........

I know I don't really need to say this, since you are all fairly level headed individuals, BUT, I feel I ought to.

If any of you ARE intending to attend the Easter meet or any other meet, for that matter, BE CAREFUL.

Those of you who are underage - get parental consent for a start. Make sure you have means of communication with you AT ALL TIMES. Let your folks/guardians know when you will arrive back. Yes, it's all common sense, but...has to be said.

Those of you who are older and don't need parental consent? Make sure someone knows where you are going and when you intend to return. Keep lines of communication OPEN.

In all cases, meeting a large group of people is usually far safer than meeting just one or two others. If you can go along with someone you already know in real life, even better.

There are - all joking aside - some seriously weird sods out there. Be careful who you go to meet off the Net.
