Tuesday 18th

Workout -- 650 cals on ddr about an hour and 20 mins

Food-- Lunch = stirfry (rice and chicken) + an eggroll
icecream an hour later (oh god, friends are the devil)
dinner = big burrito from taco cabana


god i overslept again, but on purpose

Wenesday 19th

Workout -- 250 calls on the eliptical (20 minute warm up, 10 cool down)
about 10 or 15 minutes of weight lifting.

Food -- BRKFST = potato wedges, scrambled egg thingy?, half a muffin, and some pinaple goodness
lunch = green beans, and a bit of crappy white spagetti


So glad when i stood on the scale and saw i had managed to maintain again b/c i ate bad food yesterday sweatdrop

so i drove home and got back on the sunday.

And you know what, even though i ate shitty food, I stil maintained...

Though i wish i could lose 6 lbs before oni-con in late october, that'd be nice.

all you need to know is that i've been walking, and eating right. except the occasional icecream thanks to crissy, she's evil i swear. lol


Only did about 150 on the eliptical machine today, light walking, and weight lifting.

so i finally lost that last stubborn lb to meet the freshman 15, sweet.

hmm I'm thinking of trying the special k cereal diet. Eat cereal for two meals, and then dinner. I'll try it for a week. I don't think it'll be all that healthy so i'll balance it out with a vit. supliment pill.

I've decided against the cereal b/c i really hate cereal in the first place. So I'm going back to what I did in the beginning and try to stay at about 800 cals a day, and work out for about 30 mins or worth 3-400 cals a day

Workout --
lots of hot, sweaty walkin'
30 mins on the eliptical machine (300 cals)

Food --
brkfst = 1 hardboiled egg, 1/2 a cup to 1 cup of cheerios. (gross) (about 150-200 cals altogether)

lunch = small bowl of salad with veggies and olives, and some very sweet, yet low calorie dressing. It was very very sweet. 1/2 a cup of some soup. Chocolate covered vanilla icecream, on a tiny cone. Sounds uber unhealthy but that plus my salad and soup was about 200 - 250 cals altogether.

dinner = slice of pizza (about 230 cals ish)


All in all, a decent day i guess. my weekends are killer though b/c i live in dallas on the weekends and don't eat well or excercise b/c i'm so busy and poor.

Workout -- 50 mins of ddr (400 cals)

Food --
brkfst = 1 hard boiled egg. 1/2 to 1 cup of raisen bran cereal (yummy). about 200 cals i'd say.

ok, so it's not so bad as I thought it might be.

400 cals ddr
about 250 ish swimming for an hour
and about another 250 for walking so much today

so i burned about 900 cals, so it actually wasn't all that bad.

70 mins walking (180 cals ish)
swimming 40 mins (300)

Food --
BRKFST = it was closed, me equal mad

Lunch = pennini, tiny chocolate brownie. all in all, about 250 to 300 cals

Dinner = cassarole, green beans, wild rice, peach cobler (about 400-450 altogether)

it's sad looking at my excersise log. Only monday-wed haha, which are the days I live in one city, and the rest are when I'm in another. baaaaad


I need to figure out how to excercise at the other place. grrrr

Food --
BRKFST = slice of french toast, and hashbrowns (all together just under 200 cals)
Lunch = beef stew, few bites of this zuccini past crap (too spicy), and a ice loli, all together just under 300 cals.
dinner = 2 slices of pizza, so gross

So I woke up worried that I'd put on weight. I was stressed because my eel youko isn't eating well. And I have a test that's worth half my grade today.


But I stood on the scale and i'd lost a pound. Woot woot. neutral
