No worries, fortunatly it is easy to make gold. When I was questing for my Chyaku Norisu Scarf and the Ancient Katana (on seperate occassions), I made between 5 and 10k a day.

First, there is jigsaw, it usually gives several hundred gold on hard and insane, And as a bonus, it occassionally throws in an item as well that can be sold for a lot of gold.
Then there is towns, I easily made over a thousand gold a day there, just by running around kicking trees, bushes, and rocks. Additionally, certain types of trash (old boots, old cans, and crumpled paper bags mostly) can sell for quite a bit in the marketplace, also, bugs can be collected and turned into ink, which in turn can be sold in the marketplace.
And you can easily make several hundred each day from posting in forums, browsing the site, the daily chance, commenting on profiles, voting in polls, and writing in a journal. ^^
