Well, if you work around/with food, then he is doing it because it is the law*, not because he wants to.

* in most places, not everywhere.

Laws almost never make sense, that's why people think they can break them

And sometimes the lawmakers just forget to recind them.

For example, it is illegal to practice witchcraft in Sweden (where I live) and it is punishable by death.

Of course, the law hasn't been enforced for centuries, but it is still on the books. ^^

I also like how they make legal loopholes for lesser criminals.

For example, internet piracy is illegal practically everywhere, including in Sweden. However, early last year they put a "recordable media tax" into place where all the money gained from said "tax" goes to artists, media companies, and their organizations, thus making it technically legal to download music and movies of the internet since you have already paid for it when you bought your recordable media (which includes MP3 players and Hard-drives). The really funny part? It was the swedish equivalent of the RIAA that forced through the tax, thus they effectivly lost any legal ground they have to go after people who download music and movies of the net.

Funny stuff. ^^

Yeah, its a special one. Its comes in a Cherish ball and its suppose to be holding a scarf or a ribbon or something like that.

Yes they are, but ify ou use the Pokeradar in Diamond or Pearl they are easier to get

I currently have two shinies left. A shiny Buizel and a shiny Vileplume (originally an Oddish).

I used to have a shiny Ditto as well, but I traded it for a legit Jirachi (japanese).

y did u do that if u cant read that language? i would personaly keep all my shinies like shiny lugia and shiny ho-oh and shiny arceus,those r the only shiny pokemon i have.
