OMG, I love the banner. I want to make this the main banner.

And what do you mean, the policy on giving out stuff? Via the charity? As long as they meet the requirements (as a new Gaian) and follow the rules (which includes filling out the really short, three question form), they get stuff. Do you think it would be easier if I gave thread mods access to the mule in order to give stuff out in case I can't get to it? I'm sure you guys are trustworthy enough to not steal from the mule. It might be more efficient.

Okay, and yeah that clears up my question. I used to frequent the charity subforums and there are some in which you actually have to stick around and talk for a while before you get something. Maybe when we get some nicer items we can do that?

Heck, I may buy a few MC letters just to donate them. We'll see I guess.

Yeah, I'm trying to get enough gold in the mule to buy a really nice item to give in a lottery or raffle or something. Something that'll make people participate. 3nodding

i think that this would be a good idea, when i first came to gaia i thought that there weren't any christians in gaia! plus i think that both gold and items should be donated so that new members can have their choice.

I think this is a great idea...
what ever became of this?

I think a n00b to Unashamed who has a wish list...any
member who may have that item in their inventory may
give it as a gift (from a member of Unashamed)???
The receiver should then remove the item off from their wish list.
Hopefully a kinship can develop...kind of like a christian village
It'll be nice to get to know each other more and support each
other in our walk with each other. Lofty idea huh?

Unfortunately, we're trying to figure out a way to nicely dismantle the charity. I think the general consensus among the Crew is that we should donate our items to other, active charities and keep the gold for the guild. We'll keep everyone updated. 3nodding
