Actually, I think for your weight that's a good amount of carlories to have in a day. You have to factor in how much you exercised too. All of the calories you burnt are taken off of your calories for the day. Otherwise you start going into what folks call starvation mode (forgive me if I sound preachy or if you already know all this). Your body needs a certain amount of calories in the day, normally at least 1200 after taking into account the calories burnt through exercise. If you don't get that you're metablism can get too low and you end up gaining weight instead. As I said previously I'm sorry if I sound preachy or anything. I just know it's easy on a diet to push yourself a little to hard at times. I speak from experience.

no problem.. yea i guess the cals are ok i just get annoyed at my snacking a bit too much and lack of money to get better foods. I only eat at home for one meal so school makes me have the other two.



Would in counting cals be

Food - Exerices = tota l?

I have been pushing meself a bit.

That's the idea ^_^. You can find alot of websites that have the rough amounts of calories you'd burn for the specific exercises and such. It makes things much easier. I've personally become addicted to thedailyplate.com. With that I can just put in how many calories I want to lose a week and it tells me how many calories I should be eating a day. I think there are some similar sites listed in the links section on the mainpage. It just makes it so much easier in the long run.
