I just wanted to revive an old thread! Isn't there a term for that?

Anyways, you can't compare them. They're pretty different in taste and texture, I love the spicy stuff in Korean food, and (I think) everyone love's Japanese's sushi and sashimi. :]

LOL@REVIVEDTHREAD. ;D

I've never been to a Japanese/Korean Restaurant.

We only have Chinese and Japanese Restaurants where I live.
I've only seen one Korean Restaurant, and It's extremely small and not well-known.

As for Vietnamese Restaurants, I've only ever been to one and that was when I was visiting some cousins.

I feel like I live under a rock. D:

Hmm I'd say it's very true that around these parts I see that mix quite often.

I love it, really. It gives me so much more choice!

^ Lol. Lollicup. (There shouldn't be any harm reviving this thread..)

Anyways, I rarely go to Korean and Japanese restaurants. The choices aren't so wide. I just prefer going to "Chinese and Oriental food" so they have everything Asian. I go to Vietnamese restaurants often with my family. Haha, a lot of the Vietnamese restaurants were like "Pho Hung" or "Pho Tango" and starts with "Pho". Yeah. =P

Bubble tea are good. I don't understand why they're called "tea"? Oh well. Them crazy Asians. :3

I actually get green tea every time I go to a tapioca drink place.

The thing I don't like about generalized Asian restaurants is that their food may not be as good as the restaurants that focus on certain dishes. But that's me, I'm not picky with food, but I want them to be the best. Heck, there's closer tapioca places around my home, but I go to one, 10+ miles away because of the location, but also because they've got really good crispy chicken where there's actual chicken inside. Haha.

japanese and korean food are actually a little bit different. Korean food is spicier and is normally not as cooked.
