No, The story is a better reason to watch. That and the hope of the Master popping back up.

You know, when the doctor sent out a signal that killed them all, through every time/deminsion..... THEY ARE STILL HERE! Also they never showed if the Master actually died.

That's debatable though, because there were the ones in the void ship, circa series two, which were outside of the very thing of time and space, as it excelled the fourth dimension, saving them. xD Then from there, it was quite a chain of events.
Hey, Ten. xD

'Ruhi; String theory is a wonderful friend of Doctor Who.
Kotsu; Let's go over, shall we.
Series 2: Cult of Scarl. One escapes through space & Time
Series Three: The doctor lets one escape. Again.
Series 4: Donna takes priority. [This is where it gets iffy, but it was an entire fleet].
So one of the ones escaped from series four could quite easily have propagated, diluting their own genetics, thus, their eradication via the Dalek rangers, circa series five, episode three. xD
They'll likely bring him back, but I don't see it with the Fifth. I'm looking forward to the Silence again. xD

Series 2: one escapes through space and time(And then goes on to kill all the others)
Khan single handedly took control of the future and lead them to destroy all Dalek. Considering he saw the entirerty of space/time, I really doubt he would somehow fail at this.
Khan Ftw.

Sehk sacraficed himself to try to evolve the Dalek, and then was killed by the others, Khan escaped from that. He then broke the Dalek out of the time lock.

I really wish he would have survived.... Dalek/Human was a smart move. The others they created though were Human/Dalek/TimeLord, so they would have become ultimate race...
