The word Chivalry always reminds me of this time I got in a quad accident, and the paramedic put his jacket over me, and said something about Chivalry.
I can't remember exactly what he said, because I had just been hit 3 times with a giant wooden box, but it was nice.

And being hit reminds me of when I was four and soomeone knocked me out with a barrel. Then my nurse said something like, "What did (insert name here, I forgot) do to you this time!?"

Yes, My favorite meaning: The qualities idealized by knighthood, such as bravery, courtesy, honor, and gallantry toward women.

Rin Chambers Yes, and I would never hurt a woman! See, this is where many people and I disagree. I would never beat a woman or put her down, but if a girl starts trying to hurt me, I don't care what people think. I'm going to defend myself.

I wouldn't want to hit a woman, but some people are acting like if a girl is trying to kill you, you shouldn't lay a hand on her. I wouldn't pick a fight with a girl, but I'm definitely not going to just let her hurt me without defending myself. Really Dante, if a girl came at you with a metal bat, you're saying you wouldn't do anything? I'm just saying there are certain circumstances.

Not that I'd prefer I guy that beat me.
But if I started getting out of hand, I'd expect a good shot to the arm or something. Nothing violent, just a wake up call.
I don't really go for the whole chivalry bit. Sure it's nice, but I'd rather be equal, then being constantly taken care of. Why can't I chivalric with a guy?

I chased a guy of my property with a metal baseball bat.
He wouldn't get the ******** of my balcony.
I knew him, of course. I told him to leave, but he wouldn't. What else was I supposed to do? mrgreen
