Two things find misty by bills place then fight her
and
Go to lavender town get the radio card expansion and then play pokeflute and talk to snorlax then you can take diglet tunnel to get to pewter city

I don't think so id just surf the radio channels when near snorlax and see if you can find anything

Then try talking to snorlax and if it still doesn't work then set your DS a day ahead and try again it's an easy way to jump time rofl
and my team I use consists of:
Meganium - Female - Overgrow
Rapidash - Female - Run away (Pissed me off I wanted flash fire but too late now)
Espeon - Male - Syncronise
Dragonair - Female - Shed Skin
Ampharos - Male - Static
Honchcrow - Female - Super Luck

Meh I don't like using legendaries they're over used and can't be in things like battle frontier but to get more exact:
Meganium - Female - Overgrow - lvl 48
"Ivy"
Moves: Frenzy plant, Petal Dance, Strength, Body Slam
Rapidash - Female - Run away (Pissed me off I wanted flash fire but too late now) - lvl 49

I have all 16 badges ^^
My johto team was Typhlosion, Ampharos, Lugia, Gyarados, Pidgeot, and Nidoqueen. Once I switched to Kanto, I transferred over my ice team from platinum and defeated the other 8 with them. My ice team includes Weavile, Walrein, Dewgong, Jynx, Abomasnow, Froslass, Cloyster, and Mamoswine. After I got the badges, I caught and EV trained Articuno to be on the team.

and I have alot of others too but I just don't use them
and your team was pretty cool too but I don't like Feraligator much

I got my game on the day it came out XD Then I got strep right after I got it DX Lucky for me I had something to do the next day when I missed school XD
