It's a game where the character gets rapped through various things, such as karate lessons, driving lessons, and making a cake for a party. He even has to beat other people in a rap battle over a bathroom in one level. The game ends in him being given a party.

Well, you start a game, then when it gets to the actual gameplay you press the button or buttons that the icon of your character goes over in the thing at the top of the screen. So Triangle Triangle Square would mean you press those buttons on the controller.
