Doesn't seem to be much "recruiting" going on... just most of the same ladies and an occasional new addition that happens to spot this thread in the game room. So it's not as if the ladies' team actively went out and got more team members any time recently to be able to rack up as many points as they do.
Additionally, there aren't many active male guild members for the men's team to "recruit". I think there's more active male mules belonging to female members than there are active males, actually confused
