--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life." "Something simple.." Aza stated with a soft chuckle, watching as her Sacrifice went to heaven with the food. She could feel the happiness from Nori as she ate. "Ah. Here we are. Futo-maki." Aza stated as she grabbed the package, pulling it out of the fridge before grabbing chopsticks and sitting down at the table. "I must, if you are going to help me." There was a hint of amusement in Verin's voice, but nothing close to laughter. Happiness hardly ever touched this one's life. "Oh yes, it would be fun to watch his spirit break. But are you sure you want him to forget everything? Just where his heart lays would be fine enough. Make him remember that he still loves you instead of fear. We don't want to train him all over again." Time was of essence and they wouldn't have enough time to train the Fighter again, that was, if Jin forgot what he was taught now. { Yep! Yay for school starting soon! } --Fearless-- "To fear the name, is to fear life itself."

"Verin-san, you act as if you have little faith in me." Ginyuushijin spoke with a dark smirk. "My brother's fears will be short lived once he is by my side again. By that time... well... we'll be unstoppable now, won't we?" Gin sat up again, pushing his white hair back behind him. "I think you'll finally find some inkling of happiness with our success, Verin-san. In fact... I would wager you might even smile."
It didn't take long for Noriko to follow Aza to the table, sitting down across from her and finishing up with her own meal. "Your place, as small as it is," Nori spoke with smile. "Is certainly more comfortable than mine. Feels more lived in, I mean." Noriko's apartment was spotlessly clean... something that always irked her. Of course, that was the fault of the maid which had been hired to do her house-work. Not like Nori really wanted to do it in the first place... but she wouldn't have minded coming home to find that the jacket she'd left on the sofa was, in fact, still there instead of in a closet across the room...

--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life." "Thank you. It was a gift from a dear friend of mine from when I was younger." Aza stated, replacing Master with 'dear friend' was a lot harder than she had thought it would be. At least it came out perfectly, with no need to worry that Nori caught it. There was a maid that worked here as well, but that was just to make sure that the food was stocked and that the house had not been broken into. "Acting is the key word." It was not that often that he reveled he did have trust in another being, but with Gin that was a different matter. At first though, he did not have much trust in this one. Now, there was clearly trust in how Verin acted. "Happiness? Smile? I shall leave those until I have put my enemy into checkmate." Emotions were such weak and controversial things that Verin had no time for them. --Fearless-- "To fear the name, is to fear life itself."

Gin laughed slightly, "Was that... sarcasm, Verin-san?" he asked, giving the other man a look of mock shock. In truth, Ginyuushijin wasn't a man to be feared by everyone. Only those who didn't know their place. And certainly... since Heartless had thought his younger brother daft... well... they needed to be reminded. "And..." Gin spoke, his voice soft. "What happens if somehow your enemy finds himself in check, and somehow manages to destroy what pieces you have left?" The question was genuine, though by the low tone which Gin was using, it was obvious that it was one that he wished the answer to badly. If Verin didn't have the stomach for dying for his cause... then perhaps Gin needed to rethink his place in their alliance. For certainly... Ginyuushijin Shoukatsukin was willing to sacrifice his life to obtain his own personal rewards...
Noriko sighed, "Mine's paid for by our Master." she commented, staring up at the wooden ceiling. It was nice being in the woods, without people around. People disgusted her... "I think it suits you." Nori smiled softly. "You... out here on your own... training in the forest. Yep." the woman nodded. "Perfectly suits you."

--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life." "Suits me?" Aza didn't even think of it that way. She was away from the reality of the world, from those who hated her, and back in a place where she could think. It was like that before she came here. She was kept in solitude, forced to train that way, and unlike many she kept that habit. Verin rolled his eyes slightly, no trace of amusement in his face nor body yet his eyes conveyed it in that simple roll of the eyes. "Call it what you will." Verin would have chuckled at the way they were acting now, and he did, internally. Coming closer to the other, sitting just a few feet away, it was clear he was still alert, yet allowing the other to see him better. It conveyed trust and a simple liking for the other. No one had seen Verin in ages let alone be graced with his presence, all but this one. "I will checkmate him, king verses king if need be. But I have faith that my bishop won't fail me." If needed, Verin would put the Shismar brothers in their graves himself. That was, only if every last one of his pieces failed him. That, in his own life time, never happened. With his father, that was a different story, but that man was weak compared to Verin. For anyone to doubt his motives or what he would do if forced was something that Verin was used to, but for someone to come out and mention it, it took a lot of guts. For Gin, Verin didn't mind. He needed this one to trust him. --Fearless-- "To fear the name, is to fear life itself."

Smirking slightly, Ginyuushijin returned to laying down on the tatami mat, his arms pillowing his head again. In truth, Gin knew that Verin preferred it when people didn't stare into his face, even though Gin had done so on numerous occasions. But, the man felt that it put Verin at ease when Gin simply acted as he usually would have. Sitting up earlier had been an invitation for Verin to sit as well. They would remain undisturbed here... unless the disruptor wanted a slow and rather painful death. "IF your bishop were to fail, Verin-san... you would be notified the moment of such a failure, and everything that bishop holds, would be turned over to fulfill your designs. Including any pawns which the bishop holds." It was true. If Ginyuushijin should be killed, Verin would know about it within a matter of moments, and all of the work which Gin had done would be transferred to his sole leadership. Including those under his command, such as Heartless, Fearless, his own little brother, and many others. Gin's smirk remained, "However," he said, blue-grey gaze moving to fall where Verin sat. "Your bishop doesn't have any intentions of failing... so I wouldn't worry too much about a match between kings."
Noriko nodded, "Hai, it suits you. I mean, just looking at you really." she laughed a bit, "You remind me of some female ninja training in the mountains to slay your life-long enemy." Nori shrugged, "Guess I kinda thought that when we first met too. You haven't changed, Aza."

--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life." At times, Aza wondered just how much Nori knew of her past. Besides being in the mountains, Nori had struck it right. "I am glad. A change from that attitude might mean the death of us." Aza did not know how to respond without giving away the truth. Only few times had Aza been cornered like that, and each time coming from Nori. People starring at his face was a sign of equals. Verin had no equals, only one very close to being so. Those who challenged him, were those who stared into his face. There was also the thing about the scars on his being. He hated when others asked about them. Being at ease was something Verin wasn't used to. With Gin, he allowed many things to go out of the window. Respect was there as well as trust. It was hard not to trust his bishop. To know that his bishop would pass everything to the king was a good thing to know. Many of these pawns that Gin had collected over the years were better than Verin could ever hope for. It was good to know he would not lose them if his bishop failed. IF his bishop ever failed. "IF my bishop fails, the battle of the kings would be expected. I have no doubt that my bishop will remain on the board." It was this reason why Verin allowed Gin to get so close. IF he lost his bishop, many things would fail as well, and Verin would have to train another to take his bishop's place, if he had time before the white king checked him. --Fearless-- "To fear the name, is to fear life itself."

"Sounds like I'd be missed." Ginyuushijin replied, his voice soft, as if thinking of something completely beside the point. But then he smirked and turned on his side, propping his head up with one hand as he watched Verin. He watched, but he didn't stare... because his eyes were always moving, even was he looked into the other man's own gaze... "I have been meaning to ask, Verin-san... but did you know I was a blank before meeting me or... was that something that you found out later?" he asked, wanting to know some of the reasons why Verin had chosen him. After all... it was Verin's money, in part, that was financing much of their operations. Though... Gin had been collecting quite a sizable sum through hiring out Fighters and Sacrifices as body guards.
Noriko gave a half smile, something a bit more like a smirk than anything else. "Fine, keep your secrets, Aza." Nori spoke, though she was obviously teasing. The woman stood, putting away her dishes and throwing the plastic containers out before moving behind Aza and hugging her. "But you know..." came Noriko's voice, soft and warm against her Fighter's left ear. "One day... I'll figure it all out. Just like I did with our Master."

Hearing his name he looked towards Saito. Verikai was on guard because he felt the waves from a battle clashing with his field. His eyes focused and unfocused faster then most would in a minute. He wanted to keep Saito safe. His ears laid back on his head as he looked towards the boy and tensed when the figure flung towards him. He caught the boy and held him in his arms. He didn't know what to do. He ran his fingers over the boy's face and held him neatly there. He looked down at Saito his eyes still in action mode as he heard the boy talk and felt his purple eyes shine slightly as he relaxed and kissed the boy's ears slightly as he moved him towards the bed again. He sat down beside the boy and leaned back against the head rest.
"I am sorry..." Verikai said softly as he wrapped his arms around the boy. He sighed as he looked out the window his bright eyes defensive as he glanced down at the bed. He didn't know what to do. He knew Saito needed time to heal so he had a feeling the boy would be resting a lot under his watch. Slipping down he tucked the boy into the bed and laid atop the blankets beside him. He ran his fingers through the boy's hair and cooed softly to him trying to calm him down. He didn't mean to startle anyone. He leaned back against the side of the bed and kissed the back of the boy's neck as he held him. He didn't know what else to do. His system was active so anything could be see as a spell.

((Yay! I didn’t miss school~)) The bus pulled into the stop with a slosh, spraying dirty rainwater in every direction. Hisa had sat in the back of the bus and so, waited until those in front of her filed out before dashing across the street in an unsuccessful attempt to stay dry. As Hisa neared the school’s entrance, her hair dripping wet, thunder boomed, causing her to feel uneasy. The bad weather coupled with her previous nightmare made her want to ditch school, but she dismissed the urge, as paranoia. She was unaccustomed to being so unsettled.
Determined to ignore her uneasiness, Hisa cautiously continued walking towards the school’s doors. When she gripped the doors’ handles, what felt like an electrical charge stunned her, causing her left arm to tingle all the way up to her shoulder blade. Shocked by the feeling, she pulled her hands away abruptly, inspecting them for any injuries. When she didn’t find anything, Hisa warily proceeded in opening the doors again. This time, only the tingling in her arm intensified into a throbbing sensation. It wasn’t so much painful as annoying. She’d have to take a look at her arm’s injury after she had obtained her schedule.
Once she was within the main hall, Hisa concentrated on finding the administrative office. Spotting a fire escape diagram, she strode over to it and examined the plan briefly before locating the office. It was to her left.
Opening the office door gently, Hisa let herself inside the room and waited for the secretary to notice her. The plate on her desk stated she was called Ms. Hata. When the woman seemed to finally realize she had a visitor, she looked up from the memo she was typing and greeted Hisa, “Good morning, you must be the new student who was enrolled yesterday,” she paused, “Hisa Suzuki if I am correct?”
“Yes,” Hisa answered her, “do you have my schedule ready?”
“I do,” Ms. Hata said handing Hisa the schedule, “do you need me to show you where your first class is?”
“No,” Hisa stated, reading it over. She was a bit early, so she wanted to explore the compound without adult supervision.
“Okay, then,” the secretary replied, “if you have any questions, you can ask me. I’ll be here all day.”
“Thank you,” Hisa said taking her leave.
When she was out of the office, Hisa smiled. Her foster mother had done pretty well with her electives. She was looking forward to playing the drums in band. However, her first class was a mystery to her. What type of class was called Unit Training? —Relentless— “Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect— Relentless in life.”

~~Saito Komomura*ENDLESS*~~ Saito could feel Verikai kiss his ears softly as he moved him back into his initial sitting position. Saito could see the uneasiness in his eye's...as if he were expecting something to happen.
"I am sorry..." His fighter said as he sat down next to him, wrapping his arms around him. Saito couldn't tell what he was sorry for...was he sorry because he couldn't tell him what was on his mind? Or was he sorry for something else..
Saito could see that something was bugging him. He could see Verikai's eyes darting defensivly around the room.
Before he could say anything more, Verikai had already started to tuck him in. He knew that Verikai probably didn't want to say what was on his mind, and he wasn't going to be the "needy" type of sacrifice who bothered him to tell. It hurt that Verikai wouldn't tell him anything...but he wouldn't ask.
Saito eyes were out of focus as he thought hard. There was still so much he had too do. He, first, needed to see if his mother was okay...he didn't trust his step-father as far as he could throw him. Second, he needed to find the connection between Fuki and Aya, and the man in the picture currently hiding under his pillow. He felt like the connection was of importance to him...
Last, he needed to learn how to fight. He hadn't had any experience...which was why he was looking forward to tommorow for the battle training. No matter if he had to crawl there....he was going.
He was pulled out of his thoughts by the weight of the bed going lower. He looked up to see Verikai laying right next to him, looking at him. He ran his fingers through his hair as he cooed sofly.
Saito felt his eyelids growing heavy...having Verikai next to him like this made him feel calm. He was so tired...
Saito felt Verikai kiss the back of his neck, before he fell into a deep sleep.
((Please take your time death ^_^, I plan on having my charcaters caught up by tommorow sweatdrop hopefully))

~~Ururu Hisaki *Sleepless*~~ Ururu carried him to the bed as he was nuzzled by the little boy.
"When did you wake up?"
Ururu smiled as he layed the little boy down, tucking him in as he scooted next to him.
"I haven't been up long...only about 20 minutes at the most so don't worry." He said, kissing the boy on the forehead.
He knew he shouldn't be keeping the boy up...they had battle assessments tommorow. It would be the first time that he and Kichi would have to battle together...and he was worried. The little boy had no idea what he was doing. He couldn't see Kichi wanting to fight, MUCH less, controlling him. He didn't mind being controled by the boy...he actually wished the boy would. But he wasn't going to force him...Kichi would be prepared at his own pace.
Today however, he would HAVE to fight.
Ururu smiled towards the little boy and he held him close.
"Get some sleep. We have battle Assessment's later on at school, and you'll need your strength."
Ururu kissed the little boy's soft ear as he snuggled closer to him. He could feel his eyelids growing heavier as he closed his eyes.((Sorry it took so long, I completly forgot about your post which is my fault sweatdrop ))
