yes, im a medium-length haired, rarely shaven (every saturday, before work, which lasts long enough to get me through sundays work too. other than that, i dont shave) hat wearing, madman.

If you have one hand opposite of the other, you can get a better grip.

you wouldn't think it until you tried it. the hand reversal makes a huge difference once you get up in weight

No it makes sense, but I was thinking that if he was trying to do a clean and jerk that it would be hard because his one hand would have to turn around before he could push it above his head.

Guuuh. If I could clean/jerk 355, I would be in an ENTIRELY different profession. Likely professional football, boxing or MMA. Seriously...A clean/jerk of 355 would mean that the person could likely deadlift 550+.

Urk. My body hurts just thinking about that.
