Because last year for the choir pop show the theme was Disney. And I couldn't try out for a solo performance (much to my own displeasure, I love performing) because of conflicting schedules and people who didn't know the songs well enough made it (to the displeasure of our choir director, there was no one else) and now it makes me twitch.

Choir geeks unite against the absolute MORONS that always get the best parts! >_< I can't stand listening to Disney songs anymore because of choir. I swear, somedays I loathed that class.

Choir geeks unite against the absolute MORONS that always get the best parts! >_< I can't stand listening to Disney songs anymore because of choir. I swear, somedays I loathed that class. What about Drama Geeks? My drama teacher said that in the next Musical we do (I can't sing but what I do is I just mouth it because everyone else is singing at the same time) I could play lead. Well, next time round it was time to cast everyone, but in this Musical (I won't bother naming it) I had to be paired with a the main guy. BUT the teacher suddenly went "Oh sorry Lunar, I don't think you can do this role" and I was all taken aback."Huh?" I said "How come?". "Well" The teacher said, "I think you are too tall for this part... Why don't you be another person?" In the end I only got 2 lines... 5 words in total. So I have an outburst in the Green Room saying how I wish I wasn't tall and the teacher goes all "Don't you shouldn't hate yourself" because she is also a hippy/councelor person. Sigh. Then later we did a collaboration of all the classes in my year to do a Musical (hether they liked it or not) based on War. We got WWII and the teacher went all jellyfish and said no one can dress up as Nazi's because it will offend the audience... Idiot. So we had to choose to Dance, or Sing. Our only choices. Sad eh? But yes, I could do neither and because I didn't want to be ridiculed by the Dancing Triplets (They were in charge of teaching the Dance even though their students) so I opted with Singing. Only 4 others chose to sing, and we had to be at the front... Every... Single... Time... That put me off for a looong time... (pours heart out)

I had the pleasure of being in two school productions. I was young Scrooge in the musical version of Scrooge for my senior years winter musical. Later, I was cast as the narrator in Into the Woods.

I'm a choir nerd. I have to babysit my brat sister so I can't be in any productions, and this year they're doing the West Side Story. I can't take the class because...*mutters something about honors classes and not leaving choir for all the money in the world*
Both the choir directors nearly throttled me when I said I couldn't try out. They wanted me to be Maria.
But, all is well. Me and the really cool Drama coach Mr. Ballew (Pronounced like Baloo from the Jungle Book--we call him Papa Bear) keep going back and forth about contacting Tim Burton before my senior year and getting him to agree to letting us adapt The Nightmare Before Christmas.
He also wants to do Grease and a few other really good musicals, and next year I should be able to stop babysitting because my little sister will be 10, and right now I find this whole "She needs some one to take care of her! She's so precious" rather annoying and stupid.
But yeah, I love choir, I love to sing, I'm probably going to be on American Idol (as much as I dislike the restraints that'd put on me) if I can't get a band by the time I turn 19. (3 more years!)

I'm going to go audition for Australian Idol just for fun, and an excuse to be with Tash when she trys out (for real). I'm going to adapt the words to that stupid song by Sir Mixalot... Tash helped me change the words, only I can't remember them...

You know what I hate the most about choir, even though I'm not even in it?!
>=0 The stupid teacher! GOD! *stabs him*
I hate him because during assemblies, he always chooses the worst singers to sing the Nation Anthem! >=0 I am sick of people missing all the high notes! MY GOD!
>=0 >=0 >=0 >=0
*hates Nathan Hepner, that stupid, arrogant, horrid singer* He's sung the Nation Anthem 15 times! >< And there are better singers!
