Waka is...odd. He believes himself to be a prophet of the Grand Weaver himself, blessed with foresight and premonitions. He does seem to have decent hunches and a strong sense of discernment, perhaps skills he learned from observation rather than any divine intervention, but he plays himself up as some Weaver-graced being. He will eventually delight in dropping from the sky to those below and gracing them with a premonition. Perhaps he'll take note that storm clouds are rolling and fly a good distance to "foretell" a storm or a coming flood. It's hard to say. He'll likely develop a reputation for being something of a crack-feather among his kin.
Waka is talented in the art of music, specializing in playing a flute specifically. He's quite the looker and will perhaps become a little too aware of this fact.
All that aside, he's not the type to let anything bother him. He never seems intimidated, afraid, saddened, or discouraged. He comes off as carefree and completely unable to take anything seriously.
