Remus closed his eyes and moaned. He was thinking that Severus wanted more than to just cuddle. "Are we going to have sex?"

Severus stopped suddenly and looked at Remus, afraid he had done something wrong. "Only if you want to, Remy-love."

"I don't know." He rested his forehead on Severus' shoulder. "I mean I don't want to rush this."

Severus stroked Remus's hair gently. "It's okay. I understand. I'm sorry. We don't have to do anything but enjoy each other's company, okay."

Remus nodded and kissed Severus' neck. "Thanks." He whispered softly to him.

Severus nodded and laid down next to Remus. He turned his head to ask a question and the mark on Remus's neck, on the other side from where he'd been kissing, caught his eye. "What happened," he asked worriedly, touching the mark lightly.

Remus paniced. "Nothing." He coved it with his hand. He rolled over to face severus.

Severus pulled his hand back. "Remy? Did something happen to your neck? It looks like it was bleeding."

"It's fine. Don't worry." He chewed his lip worried that he'd have to tell Severus what happened.

Severus gave him a worried look but nodded. "All right. You don't have to tell me. I was just worried, love." It made him a little sad that Remus didn't trust him enough to tell him how he had gotten hurt.

He wrapped his arms around Severus' neck and kissed him. "I'm ok. Don't worry." He didn't like that he made his boyfriend sad though. He nuzzled Severus and kissed his neck.

Severus smiled and hugged Remus tightly. "All right. Though, I do believe you ask the impossible, Remy-love."

Remus smiled and kissed him again. "i have to admit it makes me kind of happy that you insist on worrying about me. But don't make yourself sick with worry or anything." He was glad the mood was light again and they were snuggling together.

"I won't. I promise. I trust you'll tell me if you, say, get your leg bitten off by a dragon instead of letting me wonder why you're missing a leg all of a sudden."

Remus chuckled. "Yes I would. But Sevie you have to remember I'm a werewolf, more times than not i'll probably have some sort of wound. It's just normal to me and I hardly notice them."
