εviε Evie jumped in after Iago and felt the cold water shock her body. She jumped up and sputtered, rubbing the water out of her eyes. She smiled and looked around for Iago. She looked left and right and even did a full turn around to find him.
"Where are you?" Evie called aloud, wrapping her arms around herself.

Iago had gone slightly deeper than Evie did, not only because of his weight compared to hers, but because the river slanted a little downwards, giving him more room to sink. He surfaced a good few feet away from her as she spoke.
"Over here!" he called out, swimming toward her. "Sorry, went a little deeper than expected."

εviε Evie let out a breath that she hadn't realized she had been holding the whole time. She smiled at him and wrapped her arms around his neck when he reached her. The water felt so nice on her, so clean.
"You startled me...I thought you had disappeared." Evie smiled at him and kissed his forehead.

"Why would I run away from heaven?" Iago asked with a smile, kissing her back on the cheek. "I would never dream of it. I just happened to get carried slightly by the current, and went a little deeper." to be honest, the current wasn't that bad, but Cyril had still erected a small wall across the top of the river to stop them from being pulled down the mountain.

εviε Evie blushed again at his comment of heaven and hugged him tightly, the water flowed around them as if it avoided them.
"Well I'm glad you didn't run away from me and leave me up here all by myself." She smiled.

"Like I said, I would never dream of it." Iago told her, kissing her on the tip of the nose before letting her go and swimming in a circle around her, smiling.

εviε Evie smiled and laid back on top of the water. She floated on the top, her eyes looking up into the blue sky that never ended. There were big clouds rolling passed them and they seemed to put her in a trance. The sound of the water made her feel tranquil and at ease while she could feel Iago's closeness to her. It all added up and made her as happy as ever. Evie's feet touched the bottom of the river and she turned to find Iago swimming around her. She grinned and splashed water at him.
"I'm sorry." She winked.

"Are you?" Iago asked with a mischievous grin. He swam in circles around her for a moment, then without warning splashed her back, laughing and attempting to swim away.

εviε Evie yelled out loud and wiped the water from her face. She grinned and jumped at Iago, her arms wrapping around his neck.
"That wasn't very nice of you." Evie whispered into his ear.

"I'm sorry." Iago said, kissing her on the lips and smiling. "What are you going to do about it? Splash me back?" he asked, laughing softly and hugging her as close as he could without them slipping under water.

εviε Evie thought about what she could do to get back at her Iago. It took her a little while but she wrapped her legs around his waist again, grateful that they were suspended in the water so she was much lighter than before. Evie's hands were on either side of his face and she kissed his cheek and trailed down to his lips. A pause there and then she went to kiss his jawline and then down to his neck, her breath against him was warmer than the water was as she kissed his neck lightly, her lips brushing against his skin. She felt lustful as she did this, that might not have been a good thing...her plan might have been backfiring.

Iago turned in time to see Evie swim up to him and put her legs around his waist, and start to kiss him. He sighed happily, looking at her while she kissed his neck lightly.
"Is that it?" he teased, kissing her on the top of the head.

εviε Evie kept kissing Iago, her hands at his bare chest. She felt his lips kiss the top of her head and she smiled, pausing for a moment.
"Not even close." Evie whispered hotly at his ear. Her lips brushed against his neck once more while her hands traveled the width of his chest. She wondered if he felt what she felt or if it was just a one-side thing. Evie wished she could read his mind.

A feeling stirred in Iago when she whispered into his ear. He felt his body heat up a little and his face flush, as as with before, he wanted her body. He put his arms around her, holding her close.
"What's the next part?" he whispered, almost breathlessly, into her ear.

εviε Evie felt a little temperature change between them and she wondered what had happened. She was sure she hadn't done anything to change it and the water didn't miraculously change temperature. Was it Iago? Evie involuntarily shivered when Iago whispered into her ear, her lips rested at his neck as he paused for a moment to gather any thoughts.
"Whatever you want it to be my love." Evie whispered back huskily. Her lips parted at his neck as she kissed him once more.
