'Ruhi; Not necessarily. It's designed to be vague enough with its descriptions that one would be able to fit most one handed melee weapons into it. The general need for it falls to a need to be able to swing and stab, essentially. You can design an axe to have a spike of some sort, ya know?

'Ruhi; Then I suppose you could use the double shield combo, 'Ruhi. It's meant to be versatile, and allow people to get out of the "I need a sword" thing.
