Malik was lost in thought. Those things..he..had seen things like them before. Lurking in the darkness in that room..the room of the tomb..the one where he had been initiated. His eyes seemed a little glazed over as the memories flooded him.
"Father please no father! Not there..please there is something in there! Don't make me! Anubis..help me..Anubis..why..why won't you help me..you promised you would help me!" ((for those who don't know Anubis is Odion's orignal japanese name))) Malik's body shook a little as he quickly clung to Marik burrying his face into his chest.
"Somone help me...." "I will help you." "Who are you?" "I..am you...its alright..you're safe now..I'll destroy him so he can't hurt you anymore." Malik smiled remebering how he had first met his dark and calmed down a little.

Marik was at a lost on what to do so he just held Malik closer and slowly stroked his back in a attempt to calm him down slightly.

Malik smiled up at Marik. "I..thank you...for killing my father..I would of never had the guts to do it..I want you to know..I..really am grateful for what you did..if there is anyway I can repay and make it up to you for treating you so bad..just ask."

Yami smiled a little, holding Yugi closer. "We, Yugi? We have faith. We have beleif. We have the Puzzle. And we have each other. We'll find a way--we always do."

Ryou watched the two partners quietly, his thoughts still focused within. He had to keep himself concentrating on the ring or it was likely to go awol again and try and steal his soul. He wondered sometimes why the ring had chosen him over his much stronger dark. For certain, Bakura had more courage than he ever could, and power to spare for the darn thing. Yet....it had chosen the weaker of the two of them and given Bakura the ability to manifest his own body to protect both it and his light. It just didn't make any sense.
A slight frown creased his normally cheerful features as he sat there, thinking of the oddities of his life from the first time Bakura had made himself known.

Bakura had lied down a fell quickly asleep mubbleing every now and then. his face gave a slightness of Bakura in a peaceful state... "I told you not to get the talking ones." Bakura said lightly with a heavy sigh. " Well he did say your a lousy cook." he mummbeled which was a little hard to understand but could be hurd.
((What Bakura is talking about it a little inside joke with me and my freinds... Bakura thinks the coffee maker talks to him and then the talk turns in to an argument and he ends up maining the hell out of the coffee maker, when ryou get's up set he tells Ryou to stop buying the talking coffee makers.))

Ryou rolled his eyes and nudged his other. "Roll over you. You're talking in your sleep again." Ryou said, annoyed that he'd been interupted in his thinking.
((Personal joke there too. Any time one of my friends talks in their sleep I tell them to roll over and they do and it usually makes them stop talking/snoring.))

Malik laughed softly the banter between Ryou and Bakura making him feel better. "Ryou chan...stop worrying ok? Smile..you look so cute when you smile you know." he smiled at him.

Once the beast had reganed what it had lost it moved up back words the room that the others were in, it knew about the golden items that they held now, it would not run again. Bigger and stronger this time it let it's feet thud on the ground as it pushed on the doorframe tring to get in once more, cracking the wood around the frame. "Fools..." It hissed as it pulled the wood off by pushing through the door the last bit. "I will not be tricked twice." It snarled as it let a large fist hit the bed and crack the legs of the bed that were closest to him. It's eyes were still the same red, but now the red ran down it's cheeks, fangs that had been gnarled and twisted like tree roots lined it's large beastly jaws.
Yugi smiled as he streched and yawned. "I'm glad that shadow thing has'nt bothered me yet. " He looked at Yami as he licked his bottem lip.

"Ahh! Bakura, wake up!" Ryou shouted before bolting up out of bed and glaring definantly at the shadow creature. "What do you want with us?"

Malik bravely stepped between it and Ryou hold Marik's hand tightly. He shouted something at in egyptian. He was going to face his fear this time.

What is it he said opening his eye and before him was the jaw of the Shadow. Bakura shoot up. He threw a pillow at it and got off the bed.

Malik smiled as he felt his dark's arm encircle around him. He kept shouting at in Egyptian it sounded like he was chanting something.
